Jay McGwire, the one-eyed – younger brother of former baseball player Mark McGwire, is claiming in a book proposal, that he introduced Big Mac to steriods and injected him back in 1994 according to Deadspin.  Jay is shopping the book around but has yet to find a publisher.

“Shortly after I won the Contra Costa Bodybuilding Championships in May of 1994, Mark took the plunge. I accompanied him to Sacramento where we met with my supplier and trainer, who explained to him how the different drugs would work on his body and answered a myriad of questions from Mark. Given Mark’s curiosity and lack of knowledge about steroids I saw from Mark, I would be shocked if Mark did something like what Jose Canseco claimed happened back in the early years….[M]ark began to use, but in low dosages so he wouldn’t lift his way out of baseball. Deca-Durabolin helped with his joint problems and recovery, while growth hormone helped his strength, making him leaner in the process. I became the first person to inject him, like most first-timers he couldn’t plunge in the needle himself. Later a girlfriend injected him.”

But during the record breaking year of 1998, Jay claims that McGwire was not on steroids, just andro. Famously back in the 98 season a reporter found the supplement in McGwire’s locker and McGwire admitted to using andro to stay healthy.

“Prior to the 1998 season, [Mark] had reached a level where he did not need to get any stronger and he couldn’t afford to add any more weight. So I directed him to androstenedione testosterone booster, which is non-hormonal (which is why it can be sold legally and is not affected by the 2004 Anabolic Steroid Control Act) and works naturally with your body. “Andro” increases strength and aggression while promoting reduction of body fat and a leaner look to the physique….[U]sing andro allowed Mark to avoid all the potential adverse side effects that could occur from using anabolic steroids, such as water retention, hair loss, and liver, heart, or kidney stress. In addition, he wouldn’t have cholesterol problems or testicular atrophy. And there were no problems with the law.”

How sad that your kid brother would sell you out to make a few bucks.  He is likely going to only inject that cash back into his system or find some new Zebra pants to blow it on.

Miley Cyrus, her sister Brandi and mom Tish went out for a bike ride in the Toluca Lake in Los Angeles. Later they were joined by Miley’s boyfriend Justin Gaston, who apparently isn’t as good as the Cyrus’ women when it comes to bike riding.

It’s probably past Miley’s bedtime and I don’t think it’s such a good idea to leave a teenager and a 20 year-old boy by the lake at such late hours. Thank God for the existence of paparazzi! They might have just saved Miley’s purity by following them everywhere.

Leading the 81st Annual Academy Awards nominations list is the movie “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button” with 13 nominations including the categories of Best Picture, Best Actor (Brad Pitt), Best Supporting Actress (Taraji P. Henson) and Best Director (David Fincher).

While Brad Pitt was nominated for Best Actor, Angelina Jolie got the Best Actress (“Changeling“) nomination facing some serious opponents like Kate Winslet and Anne Hathaway. As for the Best Picture, we predict the Oscar winner should be “Slumdog Millionaire“.

As expected actor Heath Ledger got a postmortem nomination on the one-year anniversary of his tragic death for Best Supporting Actor for his role as the Joker in “The Dark Knight.”

Actor and previous academy award winner Forest Whitaker and movie producer Sid Ganis had the privilege to announce the 81st Academy Award Oscar Nominations at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.

Lindsay Lohan and her lover Samantha Ronson attended the Declare Yourself ‘A New Birth of Citizenship’ Inauguration kick-off event this Sunday. They have been through some rough times with a lot of disagreements, fighting and it’s starting to take its toll on them.

Samantha looks like normal self, while Lindsay is just so freaking scary skinny again. Her face looks horrible – she has lost her color and just looks like someone who is really sick or just extremely tired. Not from too much work for sure!

There must be something about being a lesbian that makes you drop weight like crazy and look unhealthy skinny or not! Angelina Jolie is incredibly skinny too and she is not a lesbian (possibly bi, but definitely not lez!).

Katie Holmes has finally joined her husband Tom Cruise on his European promotional tour of his controversial new movie “Valkyrie“. Katie caught up with him in Germany, where the couple gave the paparazzi quite a display of affection at a security check at Schoenefeld Airport in Berlin.

Oh, I missed those days were they were almost illegally making out in every red carpet… that ended quickly after they got married! It seems like distance played an aphrodisiac effect and they are back at it! Eww…

Today in London, Tom and Katie attended the UK premiere of “Valkyrie” looking better than ever. In fact, we haven’t seen Katie looking this good in a long time and we are just way too happy she didn’t wear another of her husband’s suits or pants! Katie looks great in a cute little black dress and her hair his flawless too.

Michelle Obama continued to try to revive Camelot on Tuesday by wearing expensive, fancy dresses designed by some of the most famous names in the fashion world.  The dress she wore to several of the Inauguration balls on Tuesday night was by designer Jason Wu.

“This type of dress shape/silhouette is something that’s completely unexpected. [It's] vibrant and aspirational, full and gorgeous,” Charnin Morrison adds. “No one else in the past would have been this striking, this ravishing or been able to pull this look off. She’s bringing sexy back.”

Michelle also donned a $3,510 dress made from the 26-year-old Taiwan-born designer for a November interview with Barbara Walters. The Wall Street Journal reports Wu’s evening wear sells for $3,000 to $6,000.

I believe Michelle is a beautiful woman and looked magnificant all day long. I am not a fan of this dress however.  To me it looks like something that we would have wore to a toga party back in college.

For the Inauguration Michelle wore a dress and jacket by Cuban-born designer Isabel Toledo.  The two Obama girls wore J.Crew.

Former “Danity Kane” Aubrey O’Day was always the loudest girl in the group, not for her amazing vocal skills but because of her uncanny skanky fashion sense and sexual orientation. This was something that pleased Hugh Hefner landing her a job as a bunny girl.

Aubrey will be featured in the upcoming March issue of the famous Playboy Magazine. She has already gotten naked for the photo shoot and she liked it! She even brought her family to cheer for her. How cute!

Well, I guess they would actually see it sooner or later after the magazine hit the newsstands… it still seems kind of creepy having an old man (Hef) and family around!
