Liam McDermott got his first upskirt view for the photo cover of Tori Spelling’s new book ‘Mommywood.’  Too bad for Liam that the view was of his mommy and his former napping place.

I find it hard to believe that she has titled the book ‘Mommywood.’  Mommywood is like a more urban dictionary way to say MILF.

Tori must do anything her publisher tells her for the book. I don’t know many mothers that would pose for a cover like this with their son sitting underneath their blown out skirt.  The title of the book only confirms the gullibleness of Spelling.

Pay close attention to the paparazzi in the window making sure to get a shot of Tori’s upskirt moment.

Music expert DJ Sidekick from Backseat Cuddler compiled a list of the ‘Top 10 Moments from the 51st Grammy Awards’ list that took a look at what we will all remember from the show.

9 – blink182 appear on-stage together for the first time as a trio since 2004, and officially announce their reunion as a group – as Travis Barker confirms “blink182 is back!”

6 – Youngest Jonas Brother Nick forgets the lyrics to Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition”, but doesn’t let it affect his confidence, and continues to gyrate and hammer the guitar within a foot of the legendary singer (who moments before sung the chorus to their smash “Burnin’ Up” – weird).

5 – A very very pregnant M.I.A. performs alongside hip hop’s leading men Kanye West, T.I., Jay-Z, and Lil’ Wayne for the “rap pack”s performance of  “Swagga Like Us” (from T.I.’s  nominated “Paper Trail”).

4 – It became obvious that the Recording Academy has a vendetta against 2/3 heterosexual virginity-pledged boy bands when scorned exes Miley Cyrus (who dated Nick Jonas) and Taylor Swift (who dated Joe Jonas) performed a duet of  “15″ (packing a swift kick to the nuts with lyrics like “when you’re 15 and someone tells you they love you, you’re gonna believe them.”

2 – Whitney Houston opens the show to present the award for Best R&B Album looking better than she has in years, speaking in a voice comfortingly-hoarse from performing at Clive Davis’s pre-Grammy bash (officially ushering in her comeback) just hours prior.

R&B singer Chris Brown was arrested earlier this evening for domestic violence inside of a car with a young female.  Cops responded to a 911 call to find the woman with visible injuries inside the car.

According to police, Brown and a woman whom cops refuse to identify were arguing inside a vehicle around 12:30 this morning when suddenly things allegedly turned violent.

Cops say they received a 911 call, and when they arrived they noticed the woman had visible injuries. We’re told she then identified Brown as her attacker. Cops say Brown had left the scene by the time police arrived.

The woman is likely Brown’s girlfriend, Rihanna, but the identity of the victim is being kept anonymous for the time being.  TMZ has confirmed that Brown turned himself in at a Los Angeles police station tonight.

According to the female victim — who cops refuse to identify — she and Chris got into an argument which turned violent. Cops say when they arrived to the scene, Brown had split, but the woman had “visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”

Brown’s bail was set at $50,000. He has made bail and has been released (watch video here).

Brown and Rihanna both canceled their performances at tonight’s Grammy Awards allegedly due to a car crash.  The reported crash was evidently a cover up by their people.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have scratched their performances in tonight’s Grammy Awards after being involved in a car accident, according to sources backstage.

Details are sketchy, but Rihanna’s publicist issued a statement late this afternoon saying that the Grammy-winning pop singer was “well” and thanked fans for their concern and support.

Al Green filled in for Rihanna for a song that included Justin Timberlake and Keith Urban on guitar.

This is not good news for Brown.  Whatever he did was obviously bad enough to rough up the woman so much that it was visible and she called 911.  His arrest shows that the call was not made in vain.

The woman has to be Rihanna as it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure this one out, unless Brown was banging some other chick and went psycho on her. Perhaps then Rihanna had to stay with Brown and advise him to turn himself in.  If Brown is guilty of beating up Rihanna or any other woman then he should be locked up.

New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez tested positive for steroids back in 2003 under Major League Baseball’s 2003 survey testing according to Sports Illustrated (SI.com).

Rodriguez’s name appears on a list of 104 players who tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball’s ’03 survey testing, SI’s sources say. As part of a joint agreement with the MLB Players Association, the testing was conducted to determine if it was necessary to impose mandatory random drug testing across the major leagues in 2004.

Rodriguez won the American League MVP and Home Run title in 2003 with the Texas Rangers.

The positive tests were suppose to be sealed but two sources spoke anonymously to SI, who were familiar with the government’s evidence it has gathered in it’s investigation of steroids in baseball.

Rodriguez is one of the 104 players identified as having tested positive, in his case for testosterone and an anabolic steroid known by the brand name Primobolan. All four sources spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the evidence.

So what is Rodriguez saying about the positive result? Well not much as you can imagine.  Ironically a reporter was able to track him down Thursday at a gym in Miami.

When approached by an SI reporter on Thursday at a gym in Miami, Rodriguez declined to discuss his 2003 test results. “You’ll have to talk to the union,” said Rodriguez, the Yankees’ third baseman since his trade to New York in February 2004. When asked if there was an explanation for his positive test, he said, “I’m not saying anything.”

Jose Canseco seems to truly be the steroid profit or perhaps whistle blower of all-time.  Canseco mentioned in his second book that A-Rod had taken steroids while with the Rangers.

Veteran actor James Whitmore, best known for his one man act, has died in his California home from complications with lung cancer.  He was 87.

Whitmore’s career on stage and screen spanned more than 50 years , and his honors included both a Tony and Emmy Award as well as an Academy Award nomination for best supporting actor for his second movie, the hit 1949 World War II drama, Battleground.

He is survived by his wife Noreen Nash.  He was the grandfather of Matty Whitmore, who was a contestant on Survivor: Gabon.

John Schnatter, founder of Papa John’s pizza chain, told a British interviewer yesterday that customers shouldn’t eat more than a couple of slices of pizza if they are concerned about their health.

He was responding to a question from presenter Adam Shaw about whether he was concerned about the impact of the British government’s anti-obesity drive on pizza sales.

“No. Pizza’s actually healthy for you if you don’t eat too much of it,” Schnatter replied, adding, “You can’t eat five or six slices but if you eat one or two slices it’s very nutritious.”

Not exactly breaking health news but very interesting coming from the founder of Papa John’s.  Schnatter is over in the United Kingdom trying to get more small business owners to open a Papa John’s franchise.

It’s too much pressure on Jessica Simpson! She just had to breakdown and it happened at a concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan Thursday night when she was opening for the Rascal Flatts.

Throughout one of her signature songs, “These Boots Were Made for Walking,” Simpson held her ear pieces and tried to keep them in place while complaining that she couldn’t hear herself.

Simpson then reportedly forgot the lyrics to her single “Come on Over,” and apologized to the audience. After that, during the up-beat “Pray Out Loud,” sources said she told her band to stop and started the song over.

Sources say Jessica was completely holding back tears through the whole show. It was a very rough night for the wannabe country singer. Everyone is talking about Jessica’s weight gain, Tony Romo cheating on Jessica in her own bed plus the SpeedFit controversy. Poor girl! I just feel like saying: “Leave Jessica Simpson Alone!!”

Just last week, Christian Bale made headlines with a horrible meltdown on set. Reportedly someone disturbed him when Christian was trying to do something that is really hard and totally unnatural for the actor which is acting! He went nuts… he’s got a short fuse!! Apparently the bad temper runs in the family! Christian’s sister, Christine Bale was shooting a PSA for Puppy Leukemia Society when it happens. Just watch the video! It’s HILARIOUS!

Actress Isla Fisher looked absolutely stunning in her beautiful green dress at the premiere of her new movie “Confessions of a Shopaholic” held at the Ziegfield Theater in New York. If you haven’t read the book with the original title of “The Secret Dreamworld of a Shopaholic“, which was shortened to “Confessions Of a Shopaholic” so Americans could read it, I suggest you go see the movie.

Isla is an amazing actress but I always feel like they miss something when they turn a book into a movie… don’t you think? In the movie Rebecca Bloomwood doesn’t have a British accent so it is expected the fans of the author, Sophie Kinsella, will somehow boycott it by not going to the movie theaters.

SJP talks about her life in New York, the possibility of renewing her vows (aren’t SJP and husband Matthew Broderick headed to splitsville??) and new hit show Gossip Girl.

She knows how to play with fashion and she has beautiful legs! Thank God it wasn’t a windy day or we would get a full eye of Rihanna’s booty! What the hell was she thinking??
