The photo above is of Chris Brown and a woman who is being described as ‘the other woman’ that created the fire storm Sunday morning, between Brown and Rihanna, that ended with her in the hospital beaten to a pulp.  The photo was found on Brown’s Facebook page by Media Takeout and even has Brown’s official watermark on it according to the site.

Rumor has it that a disagreement arose between Rihanna and Brown, when he got a text message from another woman, that he was suppose to meet up with later that night.  The rest is history so the story goes.  Should Brown have literally traded in RiRi for the chick above?

Singer Jennifer Hudson was the big winner at the 40th NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles.  It has been a big week for Hudson, who won a Grammy on Sunday night.  Hudson won three Image Awards on Thursday night and the biggest standing ovation of the night.  She had been nominated for seven awards.

Hudson won new artist, outstanding collaboration, and best album with her self-titled CD, and she received a standing ovation.

“Now don’t start me to crying again, y’all,” said an emotional Hudson on accepting the award. “It’s always an honor to come home and feel welcome and to feel the love.”

“The Secret Life of Bees,” in which Hudson stars, won for best motion picture, while hospital series “Grey’s Anatomy” won the award for best TV drama and “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne” was awarded outstanding comedy series.

Hudson also performed the National Anthem less than two weeks ago to start the Super Bowl.  I am proud for Jennifer and her success.  She has proven she is no flash in the pan and is here for good, having won a Grammy and an Oscar award.

BREAKING: A Continental plane has crashed into a home in Buffalo, New York, according to late reports coming across the net.

The plane would normally hold about fifty passengers. It was likely headed for Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

Fox News is reporting that the local media is reporting that 49 are dead.

UPDATE: The Buffalo News is reporting that the plane crashed into 6050 Long Street which is near the Clarence Center Fire Department.  The paper also reports that at least one person on the ground was killed.

Actress Eliza Dushku has been working hard on promoting Fox’s new wannabe hit show, Dollhouse, where she plays Echo, a member of an underground group of “Actives” — a cross between high-tech call girls (and boys) and secret agents who can be imprinted with any personality and shipped out to do the bidding of powerful clients.

By working hard I mean taking her clothes off any chance she gets! Eliza has to work hard on making Dollhouse a success since she is also one of the producers of the show. Not only has she stripped off her Dollhouse promos but she did it again for Maxim Magazine.

On how she came up with such a brilliant idea to make Dollhouse: “We came up with the general idea of a young woman who’s being pulled in every direction and someone wants her to be a different person every day. … Four hours into the lunch we were incredibly excited and he got up to go to the rest room and literally came back and sat down and looked at me over the crusts of the gouda pizza that I bought him for lunch and just said, “It’ll be called, ‘Dollhouse.’”

On her love for bad boys: “I like guys who play hard and have calluses on their hands. Any guy who’s been raised in a bubble hasn’t lived enough for me. Scars and broken body parts and tattoos are hot.”

Dierks Bentley’s Feel That Fire and Kidz Bop 15 debuted in the top ten.  Teen star Taylor Swift remains strong with Fearless at #3.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has left her lover’s house and is now sharing a home with her baby sister Ali Lohan. Apparently Linday and Samantha Ronson broke up or they are making a pause in their troubled relationship, which was definitely not healthy for both of them. They have been constantly fighting – Samantha is reportedly suffering from exhaustion and depression while Lindsay has being losing so much weight recently we are afraid she is going to disappear.

Lindsay was out and about shopping in Hollywood looking quite lonely. I give Sam & Linds a couple of weeks to be back together. If not for love for publicity because Lindsay is boring without Sam and Sam is no one without Linds.

New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg has withdrawn his nomination to be President Barack Obama’s commerce secretary after severe disagreements with Obama on the stimulus package and 2010 census.

“It has become apparent during this process that this will not work for me as I have found that on issues such as the stimulus package and the Census there are irresolvable conflicts for me,” he said.

“Prior to accepting this post, we had discussed these and other potential differences, but unfortunately we did not adequately focus on these concerns. We are functioning from a different set of views on many critical items of policy,” he said. “Obviously the President requires a team that is fully supportive of all his initiatives.”

Gregg is the first nominee to withdraw his name for a cabinet position in protest.

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson withdrew his name for commerce secretary in January amid an ethics investigation in his state. And Tom Daschle withdrew his name for health and human services secretary over criticism about his failure to pay taxes on unreported income.

Perhaps Gregg doesn’t agree with Obama at all after getting to know him and his proposed policies, or maybe Gregg is trying to proect his own hide in the Republican party.  Regardless, there has been extreme disagreement with Obama over the stimulus package.  Others are talking about his hidden plans to influence the 2010 census by having the census committee report to him daily.

Backseat Cuddler’s Eva Elise has compiled a list of the ‘Top 10 Reality TV Shows of All-Time’ that ranks Survivor as the best of all-time.

The list is highly debatable and in some ways depends on how you define exactly what Reality TV happens to be.  There could almost be two categories, one for Reality TV game shows (American Idol, Survivor, etc.), and another for plain Reality TV (The Real World, The Hills, etc.) where there is no real point to the show.

2. THE REAL WORLD

The reality show that started it all is still one of the best ones out there after 17 years and 21 seasons. It all began with seven strangers in New York in 1992 who lived together while we watched the drama unfold. The envelope’s been pushed time after time, first with an openly gay roommate living with HIV(Pedro Zamora), then with an alcoholic’s addiction (Ruthie Alcaide), and later with threesomes getting it on in a hot tub (Steven, Trishelle and Brynn).

Every season brings us something new and unexpected, but the roommate stereotypes are generally always the same. There have definitely been more boring and forgettable seasons than others, but casts like San Francisco, Miami, Hawaii, Back to New York, Las Vegas and Austin make us fall on love all over again.

This show spawned other popular favorites like Road Rules and the Challenges that bring together all our favorite crazies from seasons past. But without the original, none of the other awesome shows would be successful. Real World has definitely made television and pop culture history.

3. AMERICAN IDOL

Whether it’s actually the show’s talent, the hallucinating contestants who truly believe they are the greatest singer to ever audition, the snarky comments from Simon Cowell, or the apparent drunkenness of Paula Abdul- millions of viewers tune in week after week, year after year.

With no real formatting changes in seven years, for this eighth season a fourth judge was added in Kara DioGuardi. And though many winners have been one-hit-wonders (Fantasia Barrino, Taylor Hicks, Ruben Studdard), Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood have legitimized the talent competition. And with the massive success of Chris Daughtry and Jennifer Hudson, we have seen that you don’t have to even place in the final three of this mega-hit to make it big. David Cook is also here to stay- I think his name is one we will hear for years to come.

4. THE AMAZING RACE

Having been around since 2001 and with 13 successful seasons, this hit show is a cult favorite. Eleven or twelve teams of two travel around the world, racing to each “pit stop” while competing in crazy challenges and using limited money and resources along the way. Each race has a set amount of pre-determined non-elimination legs where the last team to arrive is not eliminated but must run the next leg with a significant disadvantage… Usually that week the people we hate the most end up getting to stay.

While a lot of time is spent away from other teams, there is always a fair share of drama between cast-mates. Teams vary in relationship, including: homo and heterosexual couples, newly dating couples and long-time lovers, fraternity brothers, siblings, family members, friends, and divorcees. The show is fast-paced and stressful, but America just can’t seem to get enough… With 11 Emmy awards and a spawn of international versions, it seems to be universal.

It all depends on your taste as to what you prefer. Many experts thought Reality TV would be a fade that would die as quickly as it exploded onto the scene. Reality TV is likely here to stay because many of us viewers can relate to the ordinary, common folks that often appear on the shows.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Joaquin Phoenix attended the screening of their new movie “Two Lovers” at the Landmark Sunshine in New York. Gwyneth looks amazing (can’t believe I’m saying it!) but those clothes are disastrous! Horrible! The good news is Gwyneth doesn’t wear much clothes in the movie (Gwyneth Paltrow Bares Breast in ‘Two Lovers’).

What can we say about Joaquin Phoenix?? What the hell happened to him?? He is completely insane, possibly drunk and high. Joaquin is said to be retiring from acting to pursue a rap music career!! SERIOUSLY?? I was never a big fan of Joaquin but he used to look kind of cute… now the homeless Unabomber look is freakin’ scary!!

Jennifer Hudson is finally back in spotlight after last year’s tragic events. She sang the National Anthem at the Super Bowl XLIII (video here), gave an emotional performance of “You Pulled Me Through” at the 2009 Grammy Awards (video here) and now she is debuting a new music video for her single “If This Isn’t Love“.

Actress Nicollette Sheridan, who plays the sexy single housewife Eddie Britt in Wisteria Lane, is officially leaving ABC’s hit show “Desperate Housewives“.

Show creator Marc Cherry revealed that Sheridan’s character would be crossing a moral boundary that “will have have devastating consequences for her and lead to a shocking conclusion to her time on Wisteria Lane.”

Eddie was the fun housewife! They can’t just kill her like that. We know the only way she can leave Wisteria Lane is if someone kills her or if she actually commits suicide, which we doubt. So who is going to kill Eddie?? I bet on Gabrielle Solis (Eva Longoria)!

Nicollette insists she wasn’t fired. It’s more like the nature course for the role she plays. Bye Bye Nicollette!!

Here is the much talked about video of former actor/current rapper Joaquin Phoenix on ‘The Late Show’ with David Letterman. Joaquin is either stoned, in a semi-coma or on some heavy drugs that encourage ghastly Amish dressing and grooming. I feel as if Dave was a jerk with him, especially if Joaquin is battling some serious demons. Dave was funny, but I believe he should have been more sensitive in dealing with a guest who obviously is battling something strange, weird or both.
