Beyonce’s Diet Secrets For Cosmopolitan Magazine
Singer/actress Beyonce graces the cover of the current issue of Cosmopolitan UK and tells all about her dieting secrets and faux pas because she is just a normal girl.
Beyonce reveals, “I go through phases. Right now I’m eating veg and drinking water. I have bran cereal in the morning, a salad for lunch and maybe fish for dinner. It’s boring.”
“If I snack, it’ll be fruit. Or I have these yogurt-covered almonds. But this is when I’m being good. When I’m being bad… I’m bad,” adds Beyonce. “All the way. Burgers, pizzas, french fries, the lot…”
It is not easy to keep a curvalicious body like Beyonce’s! It’s all about it going to the right places, but a rocking hot firm body like hers is only kept with much work and exercise. Of course we can and should set up a guilty-free day to eat whatever we want!
