Kelly Clarkson’s Awkward Oprah Interview (Video)
American Idol Kelly Clarkson was on Oprah last week. “My Life Would Suck Without You” singer made Oprah Winfrey really uncomfortable when they started talking about Kelly’s eight rescue dogs (one of them was left behind during Hurricane Katrina). Kelly doesn’t understand how some people could have left their dogs behind to what Oprah replied “some people had to”. Touche!!
I can totally understand why Oprah would get irritated by Kelly’s statement – dogs are like family and they shouldn’t be left behind but some people were fighting for their lives. Some people just didn’t have a choice!

Totally agree with your statement. Dogs are like family but some people just didn’t have a chance as they were fighting for their own survival. It’s like when family members have to leave other members (humans) of their family in a burning building because they just can’t get them out. Kelly Clarkson is obviously cluesless as the what Katrina really was, she’s just pretty ignorant and proves that she really isn’t in touch with the real world. Oprah gave her a look like “I don’t believe this woman is saying this sh*t”.
oh shut up, you are friggin stupid, kelly is much more in touch with reality than oprah winfrey. seriously are we really saying this, oprah is the richest woman in the world, when they did the whole discussion about rihanna she pronounced her name completely wrong the entire time. For someone to be giving advice on a matter that serious, they should probably be aware of who they are giving advice to; talk about being out of touch. Seriously, lou lou, just don’t make stupid statements like that.
Patrick, you are the dumbass. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and I was here during Katrina. Our animals (two dogs) perished at a shelter. No one knew the devastation Katrina would cause but we sure as hell couldn’t take our pets to the centers we stayed in. Talk about stupidity, look it up in the dictionary and I’m sure your face would be plastered next to the definition. I hate when people talk about shit they don’t understand. Ask Oprah for some of her money to buy yourself a fucking clue, dumbass. Another thing, even though Oprah is filthy rich, she is still in touch with reality and is a very down to earth person in real life and I can say that because I have met her.
