“American Idol” Adam Lambert Performs ‘Mad World’ (Video)


Adam Lambert seems to be the favorite to win American Idol. In the last show Adam performed his own version of the “Mad World” by ‘Tears For Fears’, which earned him a standing ovation from Sir Simon Cowell!!

      My grand daughter who is 16 months old will her adam sing and she comes running into the room. Adam is going places. And I am right behind him 100%. He rocks!!!!!!!!!!!

      I’m afraid to say it, but I’m a bit disappointed by this version after hearing Adam’s studio version. Yes, all the artistry is still there but it’s technically lacking (occasional sharps and flats) compared to the cleaned up studio version. That sort of loses the touch for me.
