Shauna Sands Shakes Her Milkshake

Former Playmate Shauna Sands took her family to Millions of Milkshakes and launched her own milkshake named the “Shauna Stiletto” in West Hollywood on Sunday (April 12). The delicious shake includes cookie dough, Ferrero Roche, strawberries, bananas and caramel with whipped cream and a Cadbury flake… TOO sweet!
