Tonight two contestants were sent home on American Idol following last night’s Disco Night.  The bottom three tonight consisted of Lil Rounds, Allison Iraheta, and Anoop Desai.

ELIMINATED: Lil Rounds, Anoop Desai

Last year’s Idol runner-up David Archuleta performed along with a medley of Disco singers from the 70’s.

The five contestants remaining are Adam Lambert, Danny Gokey, Matt Giraud, Kris Allen, and Allison Iraheta.

Last night in my live blog I predicted that Lil Rounds would be going home for sure along with either Anoop or Matt.  Matt, after several weeks in the bottom there, was safe this week.
