UPDATE: Michael Phelps just told he is happily single and the rumors are not true. He is not dating Carrie Prejean or Caz Pal: “I’m not dating anybody,” he told Usmagazine Wednesday at the opening of the Omega flagship boutique in NYC. “I’m single. My private life stays private.”
