Former Miss USA Tara Conner, also known as “Mess USA” and “Troublesome Tara,” almost lost her crown when it was revealed she was abusing drugs, alcohol and making out with girls back in 2006.Tara was forced into rehab by pageant-owner Donald Trump and also appeared on MTV’s reality show “Girls of Hedsor Hall”.

Now Tara wants to focus on her music career and she has been writing some songs for her album. The 23 year-old reveals to have turned down one million dollar offer from Playboy following her rehab reformation.

“I have no regrets at all. Many people see “Playboy” as beautiful art but my art is my music,” Tara said. “I’ve been in the studio at home in L.A writing and I have an amazing vocal coach. I hope to bring out a country album — that is where I am putting all my energy, music is so powerful.”

We would have loved to see Tara on Playboy. I wonder if Hugh Hefner already thought about making an offer to the controversial Miss California Carrie Prejean!?!
