Timothy Wright Dies At 61 After Car Accident

Timothy Wright, the Brooklyn-born reverend whose gospel music reached countless followers, died Thursday (April 23) at Bronx Veterans Hospital from injuries sustained in a car accident last year.

Wright’s wife, Betty Wright, and grandson, D.J. Wright, were killed in the three-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 near Loganton, Pennsylvania, last July 4th but Wright was left in a critical condition and placed on a respirator.

R.I.P. Timothy Wright!

      Many prayers to the family. Rev. Wright may gone in body but his legacy will live on forever.
