Sexy momma Halle Berry graces the cover of the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar (May 2009) and debuts a fresh new look. I had to look twice to recognize the “Monster’s Ball” star on this cover… wow (too much Photoshop?)! Halle is just as fabulous as always but I’m not sure if I like her curly new hairdo and lighter hair color…

Halle openly talks about her baby girl, Nahla Ariela, being biracial, her body and wanting to expand the family. Here are some highlights from Halle Berry’s Harper’s Bazaar interview:

On her post baby body: Having a baby takes so much from you. It’s the most glorious thing you’ll ever do, but the aftermath is not so glorious! So now I’m having to exercise, eat a little bit differently, take a lot more vitamins.

On Nahla being biracial: Nahla will grow up in a completely different America. Obama is someone who’s more like her than not, who shares her history. Hopefully she’ll grow up in a world where it’ll be easier than I had it. I had a rough time. I was accused of stuffing the ballot box for my high school prom-queen election because they couldn’t believe the only black girl in the school won.

On being fulfilled by family: I used to work a lot because I had nothing better to do. What I’ve learned, especially by having a baby, is that you can’t bring that stuff home anymore. For example, I was alone filming Monster’s Ball. I was married to someone else, and he wasn’t really around much. Thank God that was only a 20-day shoot.

On Nahla’s beauty: Let her be sweet because I believe beauty is as beauty does. My hope is that she is sweet and kind because no matter how beautiful you are, ugly ain’t cute.

On having more children: Yes. My pregnancy was amazing. I was happy that whole time, I felt good, I had energy, I was like Superwoman. I wish I could feel like that for the rest of my life, that’s how fantastic it was.

Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Nick Adenhart was involved and killed in a car accident earlier this morning. Adenhart drove a Mitsubishi that was hit by someone driving a minivan, who blew through a red light and fled on foot. The suspect was later caught by the cops and charged with felony hit and run, according to TMZ.

Unfortunately three people were killed in the crash: an unknown man, a woman and Adenhart, who ironically had just pitched his last game a couple of hours before the tragic accident.

The 22 year-old promising pitcher had given an amazing performance last night that was praised by sportswriters and described as a “brilliant effort by a 22-year-old right-hander making his fourth Major League start”.

Britney Spears and her babies’ daddy Kevin Federline are doing it again. It seems like Britney’s new rocking hot body and success attracted her ex-husband again and the two are rekindling their former kinky sex life.

According to Star Magazine, Britney and K-Fed can’t keep their hands off each other and are doing it everywhere (hotel rooms, dressing rooms, backstage on Britney’s Circus tour…).

“It’s like they’re newlyweds all over again,” a family insider told Star. “Brit and Kevin can’t keep their hands off each other! The flings have made them both a lot happier.”

Britney and K-Fed have been seeing each other a lot after they agreed their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, should go on the road with mommy. K-Fed’s eight month-old relationship with volleyball player Victoria Prince has been degrading ever since.

Kevin and Victoria called it quits when she reportedly found her boyfriend and the troubled popstar in bed together: “She definitely knows how to fan the flames!” adds the insider. Victoria “caught him with his hand in the cookie jar!” Ouch!

Nashville’s WSMV-TV anchor Dan Miller passed away Wednesday night unexpectedly from a heart attack at the age of 67.  Miller was in his hometown of Augusta, Georgia, for the Masters golf tournament.

Miller was in Augusta for the Masters Golf Tournament and was accompanied on the trip by longtime colleagues and friends Rudy Kalis and Terry Bulger. He was apparently walking through his old neighborhood with Kalis when he became short of breath.

Miller had been with WMNV Nashville (channel 4) since 1969. A career spanning over four decades in the Music City.  He did briefly leave the station from 1986 to 1994 to work at a station in Los Angeles and for a short time as Pat Sajak’s sidekick on his short lived talk show.

United States President Barack Obama shockingly decided to bow to King Abdullah at the G20 Summit in London last week. Many might wonder what the big deal is, but it’s a been a no-no for American presidents to bow to royalty since George Washington was the first commander in chief.

The Washington Times called the alleged bow a “shocking display of fealty to a foreign potentate” and said it violated centuries of American tradition of not deferring to royalty.

The official response out of the White House was that Obama was not bowing, but instead lowering himself to shake hands of the shorter Saudi king.

“It wasn’t a bow. He grasped his hand with two hands, and he’s taller than King Abdullah,” said an Obama aide, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

It’s one thing and in my opinion wrong to bow to royalty and especially to the King of a country that pisses all over the rights of women and the disadvantaged. It’s an even bigger blunder in my opinion to lie about it and say Obama was not bowing when the video absolutely shows us that he was doing just in fact that.

Adam Lambert seems to be the favorite to win American Idol. In the last show Adam performed his own version of the “Mad World” by ‘Tears For Fears’, which earned him a standing ovation from Sir Simon Cowell!!

Tonight’s American Idol elimination show got off to a surprise start with Frankie Avalon, a star of the 50′s and 60′s, singing ‘Venus’ in honor of judge Simon Cowell’s birth year, 1959.  Yes, Simon turns 50 this year.

The group song tonight was ‘Can’t Get You Outta My Head’ and was rather non-memorable.

Rapper Flo Rida (pronounced Flow Rider) was the first guest celebrity performance of the night.  I was wondering what was up when he was announced to perform and I wonder even more know why the producers’ selected him to perform.  It is not every day that a one-hit rap wonder gets to perform on the biggest musical stage on television. I guess 95 South was unavailable and Sir-Mix-A-Lot was too busy making Burger King commercials.

Idol alum Kellie Pickler gave the second performance of the night and was much better than Flo Rida.  Kellie is not the best country singer on the planet but she is a first rate entertainer and looks extremely good.  Her extremely exposed legs are very top notch.  Kellie does remind me a whole lot of grizzled country star Lorrie Morgan.

The first contestant to be sent into the bottom three tonight was Anoop Desai. He was quickly followed by Scott MacIntyre and then Lil Rounds.

The bottom three was exactly as I had predicted last night at the conclusion of my live blog (view) with the addition of Lil Rounds.

The judges debated a long time about using their judge’s save to keep Scott for another week. Simon said the vote was split two a piece. Finally Simon made the call and announced that this was the end of the road for Scott.

Perfect call this week on who was sent home. I think MacIntyre was mediocre at best every week and down right horrible most of them.  I think if he had not been legally blind that he would have been eliminated weeks ago. Yeah, there I said it, I believe he was getting a lot of sympathy votes.

In an exclusive interview for US, actress Lindsay Lohan confessed she and Samantha Ronson broke up last Friday describing it as the worst night of her life and she doesn’t understand how things got so out of hand – locks changed, drama at Chateau Marmont and a restraining order. Lindsay is just desperately in love!

“I’m not a bad person and this is what happens,” Lohan told Us through tears. “I was raised to treat people well, and I’m so tired of this drama.”

Lohan says she’s “so alone” without Ronson.

“Everyone’s turned on me,” says the actress. She tells the magazine that the night of the Chateau showdown, Nicole Richie walked by her and said “Uck,” and Drea De Matteo said, “Come at me, bitch.”

“I’m a f–king 22-year-old girl who’s in love,” she says. “I felt like I was in Mean Girls, but worse: Mean Girls was a movie.”

That is really mean… I wonder why people can’t be civilized! The truth is we don’t know what happened and when a relationship ends it’s not only one person’s fault.

I can’t help but feel sorry for Lindsay! As far as we know Samantha took good advantage of her relationship with the actress and now the nasty and very public split… it sounds like good publicity for the DJ Sam, who is charging a fortune for her “performances”.

Lindsay laughs at the rumors Ronson had repeatedly tried to break up with Lindsay over the last month but couldn’t because the 22 year-old threatened to kill herself, and says: “I’m just really hurt! The whole situation is sick.”

Let’s hope Lindsay can find some peace, get over Samantha soon and finally dedicated herself to her acting career. Lindsay and her little sister Ali Lohan were seen out and about shopping at the at Roseark jewellery shop in Beverly Hills yesterday (April 7).

Funny lady Kathy Griffin shows off her rocking hot new bikini body in a new photo shoot for OK Magazine. The reality star says she works hard to keep her body in shape and, contrary to what we might think, she hasn’t done any more plastic surgeries after her face-lift back in 2003.

“I work out five days a week for an hour to an hour and a half, and my personal trainer comes to the house,” Kathy reveals. “I need to have my ass kicked.”

“Not since 2003 when I had a face-lift,” she explains. “My breasts are very real and very floppy. Why have surgery when you could just get a good freaking bra?”

Kathy Griffin’s life on the D-list has been treating her good for sure: she looks hot and she’s definitely confident about her body. Kathy has reasons to be proud since not many women at 48 years old would dare to expose their body in a bikini and actually look good (Photoshop!).

“I’ve become insufferable, tormenting my friends, saying, ‘Do you know I have a banging bikini bod?’ That should be my new name: Banging Bikini Bod Griffin,” she jokes to OK!. “I am more than a golden, tanned sexpot. I am a woman, damn it, with thoughts and feelings!”

As for her recent shopping spree with her new BFF Paris Hilton (photos), Kathy certainly believes all eyes on her rocking hot body.

“A lot more guys were looking at me than Paris,” says Kathy, who, at 5 feet, 3 inches, weighs a svelte 118 pounds. “Granted, they were gay, but they were checking out my hot ass!”

We just have to love Kathy! She is funny (most of the time!), not afraid to speak her mind and now she looks hot in a bikini. Katrina Darrell, watch out!

“The Girls Next Door” star Kendra Wilkinson is not afraid to acknowledge her BIG blonde moments. Apparently someone needs to explain to Kendra how the complex post office services work and how to appropriately use stamps!

Kendra says: “The first time I mailed something on my own, like a couple of months ago, I didn’t put a stamp on it. My mom, she was like, ‘Are you serious? You didn’t put a stamp on your mail?’ I’m like, ‘Dude, I’ve never been on my own before, how am I supposed to know?’ “

“That was the biggest blonde moment of my life. It was a check too. I don’t know where it went to!”

Kendra is such a funny girl! She is joking, right?? Kendra is 23 years old and she can’t mail something because she doesn’t know why people actually use stamps!?! I thought Hugh Hefner might have taught her a thing or two…
