MTV Movie Awards Edition: As you can see above, the ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ from the 2009 MTV Movie Awards was Rumer Willis by a landslide.
On the bright side, Rumer would be a huge hit if she were to wear that dress to a convention of stained-glass window makers.
Keep your head up Rumer. The MTV Movie Awards were way worse than your dress.

The 2009 MTV Movie Awards (live blog) were extremely lame and tasteless, including the most talked about moment of the night, when actor Sacha Baron Cohen, in character as fashion model Bruno, flew in as an angel and floated down to sit – bottom up – on rapper Eminem.
Eminem, who was none-to-happy, cursed out Cohen, before hid bodyguards threw the shock-actor off of the rap star. Eminem promptly got out of his seat and walked out of the event. He had performed just minutes earlier on stage to a standing ovation.

Here is the much anticipated New Moon video trailer for all of you obsessive and in some cases – pathetic – Twilight fans.
The trailer was the highlight and only reason to watch the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, as it debuted live on the show in the second half.

The dance group Diversity upset and shocked crowd favorite Susan Boyle on the season finale tonight of ‘Britain’s Got Talent.’ The win for Diversity not only surprised the world, but it also surprised the group of teenage boys as well.
The dance group were so stunned by their victory they were lost for words.
Eventually they pulled it together enough to thank everyone who voted, but repeated: “We’re lost for words.”
Susan, who reportedly had a couple of profanity laced tirades earlier in the week, took the loss in stride and was very graceful in defeat.
Giving the crowd a last wiggle of her hips, gracious Susan told Ant and Dec: “The best people won.
“They were very entertaining, I wish them all the best.”

As most of you realize by now, Susan is no loser and is already more famous than Diversity and will have a good bit more fame left in her 15 minutes.
I saw a funny Tweet earlier tonight calling Susan the Adam Lambert of ‘Britain’s Got Talent.’

Internet sensation Susan Boyle returned to the “Britain’s Got Talent” stage for her final performance on Saturday (May 20). Susan, who was a bit nervous and almost quit the competition this week, sang the song that made her famous “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables.
The song choice wasn’t exactly original but I think Susan has made it once again – it was even more beautiful and emotional than the first time (watch video here). Here’s what the judges had to say about Susan Boyle’s performance on “Britain’s Got Talent” tonight:
Piers Morgan said: “That to me was THE greatest performance I’ve seen in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ history… you should win. I loved it.”
Amanda Holden added: “You did it, girl, you did it for Scotland. Can I just say, Simon had a tear in his eye.”
Simon Cowell concluded: “You could have walked away [from the competition] and you could have had a lot of stuff coming your way in America. Win or lose, you had the guts to come back here tonight, face your critics and you beat them and that’s the most [important] thing…. You can walk away with your head held high. I absolutely adore you.”
Did Susan Boyle Win?? Unfortunately, Susan ended second. Congratulations to the “Britain’s Got Talent” winner, the dance troupe Diversity!!

Reality stars Jon and Kate Gosselin, who are going through a major relationship crisis in the public eye, are now being investigated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor for possible violation of child labor laws on their TLC show “Jon & Kate Plus 8”.
It’s clear that Jon and Kate’s marriage is falling apart after their affairs became public. Kate talks about her ‘new lonely life’ on the new season but she stills wants to negotiate two more seasons of the show. It just won’t be the same if it’s just “Kate Plus 8”!! TLC reportedly ordered them to go to marriage counseling sessions as soon as possible.

Actor David Hyde Pierce revealed he finally tied the knot with his partner of more than 25 years, Brian Hargrove, last year in California on “The View”. “Frasier” star is just angry that someone is trying to make decisions for him when it comes to his private life.
David said: “Brian and I always kept a low profile. We didn’t hide our lives. We got married very quietly last Oct. 24 and thought that was fine, and then suddenly the state of California said, ‘No, it’s not.’ What we thought was sort of a private, personal decision turned out not to be.”
“Can you imagine if you’re married the people in your state getting together and saying, no you’re not… It was a very angry-making decision… It’s none of your business,” he added.
Music producer Phil Spector, who was found guilty of second degree murder, was finally sentenced to 19 year to life (15 years to life for second-degree murder + 4 years for personal use of a gun) in prison for killing actress Lana Clarkson.
“Two And a Half Men” star Jon Cryer’s ex-wife, Sarah Trigger, was arrested this morning for felony child neglect at her home in Hermosa Beach, California. Sarah has been released on a $100,000 bail this evening.
According to sources, the child in question, who turns out to be Sarah’s two year-old son with her current husband and not Jon’s son, had rope or cord marks on his neck. The case is being investigated by the Department of Children and Family Services and the child is said to be “in a safe environment.”
Jon and Sarah tied the knot in 1999 to divorce five years later. Jon tied the knot again in 2007 with an entertainment reporter named Lisa Joyner (photos below).

“Big & Rich” country star John Rich turned himself into Nashville police to face charges that were filed by “Nashville Star” contestant Jared Ashley during the fourth season of the show.
John, who has been released from police custody, faces charges of misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor charge of harassment because he reportedly smacked Jared in the face. “I trust that the truth will come out through the process of our American justice system and that I will be completely exonerated at the end of the day,” John said in a statement.
