Michael Jordan’s girlfriend Yvette Prieto, a 30 year-old Cuban model, is pregnant, according to MediaTakeOut. Michael already has two sons and a daughter from his first marriage.

Michael divorced his wife of seventeen years, Juanita Vanoy, back in 2006 and has been dating Yvette since July, 2008. The happy couple bought a house in Miami earlier this year and they are also rumored to be getting married soon.

There’s “absolutely no truth” to Internet rumors that Michael Jordan’s girlfriend Yvette Prieto is pregnant, according to a spokeswoman for the former Bulls legend.
“With all due respect to the media’s need to disseminate information quickly, it might behoove some reporters to make a phone call or call our office for accuracy,” said Jordan’s longtime spokeswoman, Estee Portnoy, in a phone conversation this morning. “Many of these Web sites do not do that. If they had called, I would have let them know immediately” that the rumors were false.
We pointed yesterday here at Sports Pros(e) to a post on MediaTakeout.com that stated Prieto was pregnant. But Portnoy insists their report is entirely inaccurate, offering no further information but to squash any more speculation.
“I want to let the people know that the media isn’t even calling our office for comment before they go ahead and print rumors,” Portnoy added.
Jordan and Prieto purchased a house together in suburban Miami last October.
Jordan has two sons and a daughter with his ex-wife, Juanita.

Bernadine, I am a black man and it pisses me off when I hear black women criticize black men for their preference to women of other skin color! You claim that black men treat those women better than black women! Don’t you think that’s for a good reason? Those women, in general love those black men for who they are! Here is an example: I went to school in France (undergraduate and graduate), where I used to be among the 2 or 3 blacks in the classroom. When I took out any white girlfriend (also a student) for a date, every single time she wanted to contribute in paying the bill; which infuriated me. On the other hand, in the same situation, black female students always wanted to be taken care of.

The third reason why a black man would like to date women of other skin color is that a larger percentage of black women naturally have big bones and are fat, due lack of physical exercise. Personally, I’ll date a beautiful athletic woman, no matter the color of her skin!

I am a latina woman married to a black man and we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. Race is not an issue and is not discussd in our family because its only an issue if you make it one. We want to raise our daughter and instill confidence and pride for who she is and not what color she is as a person. It is hard for a good black man to deal with a good black woman today because most of the women will assume he is a dog or is playing some kind of games with her from day one. This usually create resentment in the man and he begins to seek companionship elsewhere. After going through this a dozen or so times, he begins to seek love in another race. Black women need to learn how to treat every black man that they seek a relationship with as an individual. Most decent black women haven’t dated enough men complete knowledge of us them all. You also must understand that nine times out of ten she may have had a few bad relationships before you. This whole notion that most black men prefer white women is getting out of control. Obviously, some black men want white women, and that is their personal choice. However, as a black man, I must say that most of the black men I am acquainted with prefer black women. Just as men must look in the mirror, if you are a black woman and having trouble getting a black man, you might want to look in the mirror also. I would suggest one thing to black women who want the company of a decent black man, and that is the fact that the skills you use to be successful on your job are not the skills necessary to keep a man. How quickly people forget? Before Yvette met Jordan, she was bankrupt and working as a Hostess at Prime 112. Also, some of her family including parents were jailed for tax evasion. Fast forward, she’s living in a mansion and she gets Jordan’s money for her businesses and the home he cosign in Kendall. It’s also said that her brother Carlos is receiving his help. So before you criticize Juanita, who stood by he for all those years and now is replaced by someone who can’t speak English, make sure Yvette’s closet is clean. I am an Afican American woman married to an Afican American man who treats me like a queen and I love the ground he walks on! I always have women asking me “does he have any brothers like him”? He has worked since we married 15 years ago (minus the year he took off to finish his B.A. degree) and I have worked on and off as well. I have 2 sons from 1 previous marriage, who were quite disrespectful to him when they became teenagers and some of his friends said “you must really love that woman, cuz I’d be gone by now”, however he did not leave because that was to easy and he’s a Man. Our love has grown even stronger thru the trials. Of course there are times when we get mad at each other, but it doesn’t last for long, because we like each other. So the lesson here is to give 100% to your relationship, not 50/50 like Teddy instructed us to do. As far as the interracial thing goes, yeah I’m inclined to believe it’ more of a “forbidden fruit syndrome” than real love, for the most part, not for all. The 1st man I ever fell in love with was from The Land of the Pharoahs (Egypt) and while I was just a couple of shades darker than him, he was quoted as saying he would only marry Egyptian or white, although I could have been mistaken as his sister? Next=blonde haired, blue eyed Canadian was 2nd (out of 4) marriage proposal’s and although I liked him a whole lot, I wasn’t in love and I could not see myself becoming his wife, so race played a part there (ya think?) Until your race is 9% 300 Million, but yet they say your race is leading all statistical categories that lead to death, the prisons are full of you, and some huge % of the “precious” fore-fathers of this country hated your very guts down to the bone simply because of your skin… then don’t preach on to another race about how we should suck it up and press on acting like all type of racism, especially systemic, should be ignored. I personally, as a black man married to a black woman for 14 years(w/2 daughters 9 and 7), feel that it is my duty and responsibility to uphold my sisters by not just choosing them, but truly loving them. Honestly I love everything about black women, and can’t imagine having anyone else their in my darkest hours that will understand me without even a word. It is sad that we have come to this point. Reading the previous comments, it make me very upset with my black brothers. I’m a blackman married to a beautiful sister for last 22 years and have known her for the last 25. We have four wonderful children and yes we are raising them to be respectful and educate.

When you look at any event where blacks congregate, particularly rich blacks, I personally look to see who they have under their arms and to no surprise most of these asses have a white woman ( The very people who mistreated their mothers, father, sister you get the drift)

I think Americans can’t make the difference between Nationality/culture/race etc…
They believe were are all the same if we share the same skinned color and I find out that White and Black Americans believe that
Example in the U.K. they make a distinction between Blacks from Africa and the Caribbean.
When you tell American Blacks that,their answers is that White man sees only Black.
Yes the ignorant American Whites who have never travelled.
While we are all Blacks understand that even amongst Africans cultures/languages/religions varies.
Now with that said let me continued.
I find it the group of Black women who complained the most about IR dating are the American ones,not the ones born to foreign parents. The ones who have been in this country for over 100 years.I think the problem is because the U.S. have destroyed the self-esteem of both Black women and men. Therefore the Black woman feels like men of other group don’t find them attractive so therefore they get threatened when they see their men with other women.
Black American women don’t only get defensive when American Black men date White women but any woman that’s American Black.
I mean there was an article in essence about American Black men going to places like Brasil/Dominican Rep for women and there were so many negative comments from American Black women. I think the issue have to do with Black American women insecurity,low self esteem which stem from century of the U.S. propaganda to destroyed people of African descent.
So because these women grew up in a country that were designed to destroyed at all cost,they are told day and night that the Black woman is ugly, etc… and so they feel a lot of rejection when their men goes to other races. I’m not saying only Black American women get angry about IR but I’m saying the reason they are more vocal and angry about it is because of that.
I also do believe that Black American men suffered the most self hate out of all of Black men.
They take the cake when it comes to self hate in comparison to Black men from other countries.
Black American women what you need to do is opened your horizons to men of other cultures since your men are doing it in droves.
One more thing Black American women your not that independent or though.
I read some comments about the reason Black American men were going to Brasil/DR is because the women there are submissive. That’s usually an excuse giving by both Black and White American women when their men date foreigners.
Lol I bet you if some of you goes in these countries you have get your ass beat.
These women are not submissive at all.They just didn’t fall victim to feminism and they still love being feminine and respect their men.
I bet some of you American women couldn’t survived in these countries where the women whom are being accused of being submissive are from.
I truly believed that more American Blacks should travelled outside of the U.S.
because I believe the U.S. is a poison to Blacks.
Yes American Black women your loyalty to your men is being used a doormat to your men this is why they don’t respect you.
A Black man from the Caribbean or Africa still love their women,they also know their women keep their options opened,lol so they know better.
