Kris Allen Spanked Adam Lambert by Wide Margin
Many pundits were surprised with the American Idol results on Wednesday when it was announced that Kris Allen had defeated Adam Lambert to take home the title. Well, it is starting to be leaked out that the results weren’t really that close and that Kris beat Adam rather handily.
A top FOX source told Access Hollywood that the vote left Kris as the clear winner by a large margin.
Allen’s win came as no surprise to me, and I actually predicted it several days before, but I am surprised he won by a large margin. Both contestants will be remembered for their amazing vocals and talent. Lambert and Allen are both going to have very successful careers and make a lot of money.
I am sure Adam’s pride was hurt by not winning. He is obviously a very competitive person, but he now is on the verge dominating a music industry that has become very weak in recent years.

I really doubt that Kris won by a wide margin. Ryan would have announced it if he had. And all the polling and prediction sites had them close or with an Adam lead. That top exec thing is like the bogus 38 mill votes from Ark story. Unless ryan, ken warrick, or simon fuller says or confirms that, I would not give it any credence.

Duh, why would Adam be upset about losing? Now he doesn’t have to be tied to that damned AI contract, and can go create the deal and the music that work for him.

as of may 28th–Adam’s album is number 3 and kris is at 16–Adam has 12 of the top 25 music videos–kris has 3—hmmm–speculate on that:)
Sadie: as you can see on this link that is not exactly true. I have circled Allen’s songs on iTunes in yellow and Lambert’s in red.

As you can see Kris has the #5 and #9 songs while Adam has just the #15 song currently on the iTunes single chart.
I included Keith Urban’s song ‘Kiss A Girl’ in yellow at #10 because it shot up on the charts after his duet with Allen on Idol.
duh .. why does fans of adam lambert can accept the fact that kris allen defeat their idol .. and besides kris allen is more deserving to hailed as AMERICAN IDOL8 compare to adam lambert …
