Olympic champion Amanda Beard and photographer Sacha Brown just tied the knot in a secret ceremony on Wakatobi, an archipelago in the Banda Sea off southeastern Indonesia, on May 1.

The happy couple said “I Do” barefoot on the beach and followed Muslim traditions by covering up their bodies. Amanda dressed up in a black, long-sleeved tunic, a sarong and a white veil and Sacha also wore a sarong a hat and a sword.

“It was absolutely perfect,” Beard, 27, says “It was stress-free, and super low-key. I’ve always said, ‘I want to get married barefoot on the sand.’ “

Amanda is about five months pregnant with her first child but still plans to be back in shape for the 2012 Olympics. Despite spending most of her time in the water, Amanda is not planning a water birth: “I’ve heard wonderful things about it,” she says. “But I want to do it the old-fashioned way – in a hospital, with all the technology!”

Reality star Kate Gosselin, who stars in TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus 8”, is rumored to be having an affair with her bodyguard Steve Neild, who frequently travels with her and her family.

While Jon Gosselin has been having some fun with a 23 year-old third grade teacher, Deanna Hummel, his wife was doing the bodyguard right under his nose. Kate not only doesn’t believe her husband is actually cheating on her but is absolutely horrified with the latest rumors.

Kate tells People: “Already the allegations they’re making about me are disgusting, unthinkable, unfathomable, and I am horrified.”

“These are people who absolutely love us and want to see us through to the end,” Kate says of Neild and his family. “Of course, both of them travel with us at times, and we’ve spent holidays together, because, in this situation, your circle grows smaller and smaller, and it’s very natural to become friends with your manager, your publicist, your security team … they’re the only people you have left. And now they’re coming under fire.”

Kate wasn’t expecting to be stalked and judged by the media but as she says they opened the doors to their private lives the moment they accepted to do this reality show about raising their twins and sextuplets. They exposed themselves and their families, what were they expecting?

”The Hills” star Heidi Montag, who wants to change her name to Heidi Pratt, just debuted her brand new music video for the first single “Black Out” off her debut album due out in July. The video was directed by Heidi’s husband Spencer Pratt during their honeymoon in Mexico.

First I can’t even believe Heidi has an album coming up but since that seems to be true I wonder if they couldn’t get a real professional to shoot a real music video. Heidi could also invest more money on clothes…

It is old news by now, but I was out of town last week and away from a computer when Allison Iraheta was voted off of American Idol.  She is very talented and will have a huge career. She is just 17 and will continue to mature and improve as a singer and performer.

Her departure leaves Danny Gokey, Adam Lambert, and Kris Allen as the three remaining finalists.

Owner of Miss USA pageant, Donal Trump, hold a press conference today to reveal the future of Miss California Carrie Prejean after several topless photos of the 21 year-old hit the internet last week and earlier this morning.

Trump decided Carrie should keep her crown, saying “Carrie will remain Miss California.”

“She’s really taken a tremendous amount of abuse… by people who shouldn’t be handing out abuse,” he said. “But, she’s strong, she’s smart, she’s tough and she’s very nice. And she’s also very beautiful and that’s why she’s Miss California and that’s why she came in as runner up in the Miss USA pageant.”

Miss California tried to explain her racy photos as something she does for her job. Carrie gave a long speech – it was emotional, inspiring, everything you expect from a real role model. Just do as she says, not as she does!!

Carrie said: “I am a model, I am a Christian. Many of you are aware of an Internet photo that was posted of me when I was 17 years old and first entered into the modeling industry. A girlfriend took some shots of me at home to include them in my portfolio, which were submitted, to several different agents. As the photo was intended for application rather than publication and I did not and I did not anticipate anyone was in a position to release such an image.”

Regarding the topless photos that came out this morning, Carrie explains she was doing a photo shoot with a professional photographer and oh well, it was a really windy day… you can see how windy in these photos!

Mark Landon, the oldest of Michael Landon’s nine children, was found dead at his West Hollywood home on Sweetzer Avenue on Monday. Mark was 60 years old and even though the cause of death was not immediately clear, there was no sign of foul play.

Mark appeared in three movies including “Us” , which was written and directed by his father Michael back in 1991 before he died of cancer at the age 54. Mark was adopted after Michael married his mother Dodie Levy-Fraser in 1956.

Actress Lindsay Lohan is rumored to be pregnant but she has no idea who the father is. Lindsay recently broke up with her longtime girlfriend Samantha Ronson and apparently turned to men for comfort – not just any guy but lots of guys!

“I swear she’s carrying,” a source said. “She’s going through big emotional turmoil. She’s not sure if she’ll have it or go through with an abortion that she booked to have in the next few days.

“Saddest part is she has no idea who the father is. She must have slept with more than two dozen men in the past couple of months.”

Is Lindsay Lohan pregnant? Lindsay is pregnant and getting an abortion? I think these rumors are too crazy to be true even for the Mean Girls star. In recent pictures, Lindsay seems to have lost some weight after the break up and is even skinnier than before – so if she was really nine weeks pregnant, wouldn’t she have gained some weight?

Mark Cuban admitted this morning on his blog that he did have a verbal confrontation with Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin’s mother in the arena tunnel, after Cuban’s Mavericks last second loss to Martin’s Nuggets, on Saturday night.

Cuban said Sunday by e-mail that when he walked off the court, a fan was screaming about the Nuggets being “thugs,” so Cuban said to Martin’s mother: “That includes your son.”

According to Martin’s agent, Brian Dyke, Cuban spotted Moore amid numerous Nuggets fans and said, unprovoked, “Your son is a punk.” Regardless of what insult was stated, NBA spokesman Tim Frank said, “The situation on the floor postgame is being reviewed.”

Martin responded to Cuban this morning by saying it’s “personal” and that he would “address it” with Cuban when the time is right.  Martin made it clear he plans to stay focused on eliminating Cuban’s Mavericks first and foremost.

“I don’t feel I need to call his name in the media and all that, but it’s a little personal,” Martin said after the Nuggets shootaround today. “And I’m going to take care of it.”

“(Heck) yeah, don’t say nothing to my kids or my family,” Martin said. “If you got something to say, say it to me. But I’m going to take care of it. I’m not going to do the whole media thing, back and forth. That’s his thing. I’m more of a face-to-face type of dude.

“So whenever the opportunity presents itself, then I will address it. But I got a game to go win. At some point I will, but I got a game to go win, first and foremost. So that’s my focus and concentration right now.”

Mark Cuban is an idiot.  Doesn’t he know you don’t talk trash to the mother of a thug?  Cuban will likely get sliced now before being castrated.  I am not a fan of Martin, but in this instance, I totally side with him against the arrogant Cuban.

Kentucky Wildcats basketball coach John Calipari has put his pink, yes pink, house in Memphis on the market for nearly $1.7 million dollars.

Carrie Prejean’s “innocent” topless photos might cost her Miss California crown, but Miss Rhode Island Alysha Castonguay had done it before and for a famous men’s magazine, Maxim. Alysha has also posed for swimsuit calendars before the pageant but these photos were all approved by Miss USA officials.

About Carrie Prejean’s controversy, Alysha says: “I personally believe this situation is stemming from the controversy over her opinion and not a photo.” There seems to be more on the table than just the topless photos to be considered before deciding to strip Carrie off her crown. The final decision will be announced by Donald Trump on Tuesday (May 12).
