Melissa Weber, a social studies teacher from a Queens middle school, was arrested and charged with statutory rape of one of her 14 year-old student in at least seven different occasions since April 13.

The student’s mother started to investigate after she was told of the inappropriate behavior between her son and the 27 year-old teacher. She finally found countless text messages sent between them and one of the last read “Erase your phone.” The teacher had apparently warned the student about keeping their affair a secret saying, “I could get arrested and I could lose my teaching license.”

Melissa is awaiting arraignment on charges of statutory rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, and may face up to seven years in prison.

Backseat Cuddler is reporting that there is a strong possibility that Erin Andrews will be a contestant on the next season of Dancing With the Stars.

The added fame, especially if she won, would propel her nationally, outside of the sports world, and probably onto bigger and better things.

Andrews thinks she would do great on the show and is not short on confidence.  She is likely a better dancer than she is sideline reporter.  She has a lot of dance experience and believes she would do really well on the show..

“I want to do it, because I think I’d be good at it,” Andrews told The Sporting News. “I love the show, and I’ve grown up around dancing… I think I’d be in the top, unless I fall. I’m a big faller. If you fall, that’s a hard fall, which I’m sure would make the Internet very happy.”

Erin is a University of Florida graduate and has been prancing on the sidelines for ESPN since 2004.  She was a member of the Gators dance team from 1997-2000.  Her younger sister, Kendra, is a professional dancer and graduate of Florida State University.

Other ESPN and sports personalities to appear on DWTS include Kenny Mayne, Evander Holyfield, Jerry Rice (runner-up), Clyde Drexler, Laila Ali, Apolo Anton Ohno (winner), Emmitt Smith (winner), Floyd Mayweather Jr., Helio Castroneves, Monica Seles, Jason Taylor (runner-up), Misty May-Treanor, Maurice Greene, Warren Sapp (runner-up), Lawrence Taylor, Ty Murray, and Shawn Johnson (winner).

Andrews has been named by Playboy as the ‘Sexiest Sportscaters in America’ for the past two years.

Model/dancer Noemi Letizia is the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s mistress and the reason behind his divorce. The PM’s wife Veronica Lario has asked for divorce after finding out he was having a relationship with the underage girl, saying: “I am going to ask for a divorce. I want to do the right thing – I cannot stay with a man who surrounds himself with minors.”

The 72 year-old denied his relationship with Noemi, who calls him “Papi” (“Daddy”), but he was caught at her birthday party last weekend. Silvio gave her a gold and diamond necklace for her 18th birthday.

Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, and his son Tripp are featured in the latest issue of GQ Magazine. The 19 year-old dad confesses his relationship with his baby’s mom has improved a lot in recent weeks.

In the interview, Levi talks about the pressure to get married that might set Levi and Bristol apart and confessed the two were really in love.

Levi said: “I know that her parents didn’t want us together. So they probably put a little pressure on her. But at the same time, they told us they wanted us to get married when they found out Bristol was pregnant.”

“I think we were in love, I wasn’t one to stick with a girl for three years if I wasn’t. I’m pretty sure you can call it love, but it’s just amazing how fast it can change like that.”

Actress Sophie Monk was taken away by paramedics after being involved in a minor car crash in Hollywood this afternoon. The 29 year-old, who was driving a black Prius, seemed to be a little shaken after the accident but there were no visible injuries.

Unlikely Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyles is having a bit of a meltdown with all of the recent attention that has come her way.  Boyles exploded in a London hotel lobby after a couple of fans of the show tried to upset her by saying some cruel stuff.

The Scottish singer was heard to roar: “How f***ing dare you! You can’t f***ing talk to me like that.”

One of two cops stationed at the hotel went up and asked: “Is there a problem?”

Susan, dubbed SuBo, roared: “Of course there’s a f***ing problem.”

Boyles lost her temper once again on Tuesday when she got upset over praise BGT judge Piers Morgan was laying on her main competitor Shaheen Jafargholi. Boyles was watching the show on a bar TV when she got upset with Piers praise of Shaheen and caused yet another scene.

Piers, who gave spinster Susan her first kiss, said: “I think that, pound for pound, that was the best singing performance we’ve seen so far.”

Smiling Simon Cowell added: “You are a real contender in the competition.”

Hairy Angel Susan – watching on the hotel bar’s TV with Shaheen’s pals, family and show fans – stood and screamed “f*** off” before flicking a “V” at the screen and storming out.

It does seem like all of the fame and attention is starting to get to Boyles in a negative way.  She has in effect become an older and more senile version of Amy Winehouse.

American Idol winner Kris Allen and runner-up Adam Lambert appeared together this morning on the Today Show.  They discussed many topics, including their friendship, and how the AT&T voting scandal wasn’t really even a scandal.

Actress Melissa Joan Hart, who rose to fame as ‘Sabrina, The Teenage Witch,’ is flaunting her bikini body on the new cover of People magazine.  This is big news because she has lost 42 pounds to squeeze back into her swimsuit of yesteryear.

“I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I’ve become,” the former Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star tells PEOPLE in the new issue, available on newsstands Friday.

“Everyone still thinks I’m huge,” says Hart, 33, whose post-pregnancy body was the subject of cruel Internet attacks after she gave birth to sons Mason, 3, and Braydon, 14 months, with husband, Course of Nature lead singer Mark Wilkerson, 32. “But I’m not anymore!”

Congrats to Melissa on losing the weight and setting a positive example for people who think that losing weight is impossible.
