Kate Gosselin Spanks Daughter Leah In Public (Photos, Video)
Jon and Kate Gosselin are followed everywhere by the cameras of their TLC reality show, “Jon & Kate Plus 8”, but some moments are not shown on TV. After the couples’ affairs were made public, they are also followed by paparazzi that caught Kate spanking her daughter Leah in public.
A witness tells that little Leah was screaming and crying and Kate just pushed her away and walked off with her coffee. Leah’s siblings came to her rescue trying to make her feel better. These photos of Kate hitting her daughter might be used in the future against her if there is ever a divorce.

First of all, this WAS not in public. You can clearly see that she is in front of their home!! Second, It was a smack to the bottom, NOT a punch. She is a mother with a lot going on, yes; however speaking on behalf of stressed mom’s everywhere…..that DOES NOT mean you’re “hitting a child in anger”, or that you are incapable of making good decisions. When you’ve told a child they will be spanked, then you must follow through, and spank…even if you have 30 cameras at the end of your driveway. What exactly are a parent’s rights in this country??? Last I checked, spanking in public or private is legal. Go harass the parent ACTUALLY abusing a child. We all know there are too many of them walking around unchecked. If you don’t “believe in” spanking a child, fine, don’t spank yours.
How can disciplining your children be used against you in divorce? If more parents would do this, there would be less spoiled brats in the country. Spare the rod…..
Kate told Jon on the show not to discipline the children when he was not calm. Now she does the very thing she yelled at Jon for doing. That is discipline when not calm. They both have favorite children and treat the others in negative ways. The children never seem to be happy, laughting and the parent never seemed to enjoy being parent sharing the joy of children. I always thought that the show was full of abuse ( Kate of Jon and both of the children.)
Their would be less spioled brats as i agree with doctor b but more hurt pain filled children with a dirty secret that their parents dont want people to find out about so dont even think about hitting ever again that is why most boys and girls have red bottoms evrey day! I am a mom of three and i am proud that i dont spank my children never have never will!

There is nothing wrong with swatting a child on the butt. Oprah, that stupid fat skank should have kept her mouth shut and never started this “you can’t spank your kids movement”. Does she have children? NO!!!!! Does she know how to raise a child? NO!!!!! So who the hell was she to say it is wrong?!?
That is what is wrong with these kids today. They have no fear of anyone. I feared my mother. She didn’t beat me and I’m sure I got no more than 4 or 5 spankings and that is NOT abuse. Oprah is such a dumb bi%ch! She herself has screwed this country up. Children have to know their boundaries. Let’ see, your child wants to stick their hand on the burner that is on, even after you told them not to. They continue to do it. Let’s see. Which would get their attention more: a good swat on the butt or a time out?
I can’t say as Kate is my favorite person but honestly, butts are for spankings. I would hate to see that household if you had 8 kids that didn’t mind and were bad. She didn’t beat the kid with a 4×4 people.
I was a spoiled child and deserved many more spankings and groundings then I got. If I had more punshiments for my deeds maybe I would have stayed my butt in school and made something of myself!

I smack my kids if I really have to and I only have 2. If i had 8, I would be in a mental institution. I don’t smack my kids in public because if I did I would be an ‘abusive’ and unfit mother. Kate…just smack them inside the house next time mate…just like everyone else does!
