Jessica McBride & Police Chief Edward Flynn Affair (Photos)

Daniel Bice, who is a writer for the Journal Sentinel, revealed and exposed a steamy affair between the Milwaukee Police Chief Edward A. Flynn and Milwaukee Magazine/talk show host Jessica McBride.

The 61 year-old chief and 39 year-old journalist reportedly met earlier this year when she wrote a flattering profile of the good chief that was teasingly described as a love letter.

“I got an anonymous letter on June 1st,” explained Bice. “Since then, I’ve been trying to talk to the Chief, to Jessica, to her husband, (former Waukesha County District Attorney) Paul Bucher, the mayor, many people.”

“It took a while before the police chief finally decided to issue a statement. He gave it to me yesterday, apologizing for the affair. It is not been an easy thing for someone to admit. He had to talk to his wife and his daughter.”

Flynn decided to go public and finally admit he had been having an affair. He never brought up Jessica’s name and apologized to his wife, family and the city.

Chief Edward A. Flynn issued the following statement: “I have done my wife and family a great wrong, and I profoundly regret the hurt I have inflicted on them and others affected by my conduct. I accept the personal and public consequences of my private behavior. I have damaged my public reputation and violated the trust and love of my family.”

Apparently Chief Flynn has the Mayor’s support and the story of this affair won’t have any immediate consequences on his tenure as Milwaukee police chief.

This week Senator John Ensign also admitted to an affair with former staffer Cynthia Hampton and Morgan Freeman is reportedly having a secret affair with his step granddaughter. It makes me wonder if men in a position of power are more inclined to have multiple relationships…

This is a scandal? Two consenting adults, a scandal, extramarital affairs, happen everyday/ What’s scandalous, is the State of Wisconsin assisting in the cover up of a Ugandan rapist (NON consensual sex, and the relationship he has with his attorney a Legal Action of Wisconsin ( they revive FEDERAL grants to serve the poor,) staff member, the bribes taking by a racist/sexist-corrupt Milwaukee judge, does Bice have the balls to cover that story, now that’s scandalous. A rape and domestic violence victim jailed for fighting back, police breaking her baby bones, paralyzing her -pepper-spraying her and her baby, that’s scan-doulus!!!!!!
