Update: Sarah Palin vs. David Letterman Part 2: Matt Lauer Today Show Video

David Letterman made several very cruel jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter going to a Yankees game during the former VP candidate’s visit to New York City.

During the opening monologue on Tuesday night (June 9), Dave said: “One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game. During the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez” (watch video above). Bad taste? Yes! Funny? Absolutely!

Sarah Palin took this joke very seriously and attacks Dave Letterman by calling him a pervert for making a sexual joke about a minor (wait! I thought Dave was talking about Bristol Palin!) via the following statement:

“Concerning Letterman’s comments about my young daughter (and I doubt he’d ever dare make such comments about anyone else’s daughter): Laughter incited by sexually-perverted comments made by a 62-year-old male celebrity aimed at a 14-year-old girl is not only disgusting, but it reminds us some entertainers have a long way to go in understanding what the rest of America understands–that acceptance of inappropriate sexual comments about an underage girl, who could be anyone’s daughter, contributes to the atrociously high rate of sexual exploitation of minors by older men who use and abuse others.”

The Late Show host presented another one of his funny Top Ten lists “Highlights of Sarah Palin’s Trip To New York” and said Palin had the style of a “slutty flight attendant” (watch video below the fold).

Dave had the opportunity to clear up the situation and responded to Sarah Palin on his “Late Show” on Wednesday, June 10 (watch video below the fold). David explains he was actually talking about her 18 year-old daughter Bristol Palin, who recently gave birth to baby Tripp and has became a high-profile advocate for abstinence.

Dave said: “We were, as we often do, making jokes about people in the news and we made some jokes about Sarah Palin and her daughter [Bristol]… and now they’re upset with me… These are not jokes made about her 14-year-old daughter. I would never, never make jokes about raping or having sex of any description with a 14-year-old girl…. Am I guilty of poor taste? Yes. Did I suggest that it was okay for her 14-year-old daughter to be having promiscuous sex? No.”

After being sentenced to 19 years in prison for the second degree murder of B-movie actress Lana Clarkson, music producer Phil Spector has literally and completely lost his wig. This mug shot was taken on Friday, June 5, 2009, in prison in Kern County, California.

Phil’s wife Rachelle Spector said: “They took my husband’s freedom and dignity. So why not his hair? This is a personal matter but in case you don’t know, they don’t allow for much accessorizing while in prison.”

Actor Johnny Palermo, who had appeared in more than 30 TV shows including “Cold Case,” “General Hospital,” “CSI: Miami,” “How I Met Your Mother” and “CSI: NY,” died in a tragic car accident in North Hollywood, California on Monday (June 8). Johnny was only 27 years old.

The actor’s girlfriend Alessandra Giangrande was driving at the time. Both Johnny and Alessandra were pronounced dead at the scene. Johnny’s last film “Pizza With Bullets” comes out this fall. R.I.P. Johnny Palermo!

UPDATE: Tami Farrell Is The New Miss California

Now it’s time for former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean to play victim again after being fired by Donald Trump, the same man who hold a press conference to defend her honor just a month ago.

Carrie said pageant official Keith Lewis asked her to appear on “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” and pose for Playboy. The famous men’s magazine offer was apparently too low for Diva Carrie ($140,000 to pose semi-nude).

The 21 year-old “biblically correct” model, who rejected both offers, claims she has been more than cooperative with pageant officials. I wonder where she was when she missed more than 30 events on behalf of Miss California USA!?! Mingling with pageant officials? I don’t think so…

Prejean says, “What’s behind this I think is a political debate. They don’t agree with the stance that I took [on Prop 8]. Shanna [Moakler] is trying to bash me. They don’t like me. From day one they wanted me out and they got what they wanted.”

As for Trump alleging she “treated people like sh*it”, Carrie said: “I’ve shown respect for every party involved, even when they haven’t shown it back. I was very respectful of people even when they slandered me and humiliated me. I have not once stooped down to their level.”

It’s official! Paris Hilton and toy boyfriend Doug Reinhardt finally called it quits after months of very public displays of affection. Paris and Doug managed to put up with each other’s hunger for fame and have been together for more than six months.

“In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together. They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy,” a rep for Hilton says.

It was obvious Paris and Doug weren’t meant to last because they love themselves much more than they can ever love any other human being. They were blinded by the hot Hollywood lights. I’m disappointed, I actually thought they made a cute couple.

“Little House on the Prairie” star Sidney Greenbush, who decided to quit acting for a simple life on a horse ranch, is mourning the loss of her husband William “Rocky” Foster, who reportedly committed suicide by the corral behind their home in Visalia, California, on May 5.

“Rocky was a real cowboy of some renown, and they were a very down-to-earth couple,” a neighbor tells Star. “But some problems had developed between them recently — and it’s heartbreaking to think it came to the conclusion that it did.”

“My heart goes out to Rocky’s family and Sidney,” the neighbor tells Star. “Even with all their problems, I know she cared so deeply for her husband. But she’s a strong woman, and I hope she’ll be able to pick up the pieces and move on from this tragedy.”

Sidney asked for divorce just a couple of days before William’s devastating death. Her husband called her right before he shot himself in the head. Despite calling the Sheriff ‘s Department and the frantic efforts to save his life, William died at a nearby hospital.

The one that got away! China Brezner is the love of “Transformers” star Shia LaBeouf’s life. Shia and China were completely in love and dated for three years after she called it quits reportedly because of his frantic work schedule.

In a recent interview with Parade Magazine, Shia talked about his confused broken heart. It is pretty clear that he is still absolutely in love with China. I feel sorry for Shia. We hope China can give him another chance.

Shia said: “The good actors are all screwed up. They’re all in pain. It’s a profession of bottom-feeders and heartbroken people. Maybe it was career pressure. … Maybe I chose work. Every man has those feelings of escape and survival. I know you shouldn’t be that way. I’m trying to understand it and find the answers. I don’t have them now. Why did the love of my life and I break up? … Man, I have no idea. What was that all about? I have no answers to anything. None. Why am I an alcoholic? I haven’t a damn clue! What is life about? I don’t know.”

China Leigh Brezner was born in Bel Air, Maryland on February 9th, 1986. China’s father is a famous producer named Larry Brezner and she met Shia while visiting her daddy on set of the movie “The Greatest Game Ever Played” back in 2005.

President Barack Obama’s former preacher Rev. Jeremiah Wright is back in the news again, this time for bashing  the Jews that surround and advise Obama.  Wright believes Obama is not talking to him because the President’s Jewish advisers are telling him not to right now.

Here is what Rev. Wright had to say at Hampton University:

“Them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me,” Obama’s former pastor told the Daily Press of Hampton Roads, Va., where he was attending a ministers’ conference at Hampton University. “I told my baby daughter that he’ll talk to me in five years when he’s a lame duck, or in eight years when he’s out of office.”

Sadly this anti-semitic rhetoric comes on the same day that James Von Brunn, a racist and anti-semitic, opened fire on at the National Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. today, killing security officer Stephen Tyrone Jones.

Maybe Wright should wake up and realize that Obama is smart enough to stay away from him, especially if he is going to keep spewing his racist hatred.

The controversial Miss California Carrie Prejean, who claimed to be a victim of her religious beliefs, was just fired after she failed to attend various events on behalf of Miss California USA and treated people terribly.

Donald Trump, owner of the Miss USA pageant, has decided to fire Carrie Prejean and finally strip her off her crown declaring it’s only based on breaching of contract and not based on her political and moral views.

Trump said: “To me she was the sweetest thing. Everyone else — she treated like s**t.”

It seems like Shanna Moakler was right – she quickly resigned from her Miss California director position after it was announced Carrie Prejean would be able to keep her crown after several topless photos of her were leaked (photos here).

TMZ has several very rude emails sent by Carrie to Miss California officials.

On May 29, Carrie wrote: “You do not cooperate with me, and you pick and chose [sic] the the [sic] things YOU want me to do. That is not happening anymore. Stop speaking for me. I have MY own voice.”

That flies in the face of another email to a pageant official — also dated May 29 — in which she wrote: “Also I was asked to fill in for a dj on a local radio show. I’ll be reading from a show biz script Monday. I am doing this.”

A 72 year-old grandma named Kathryn Winkfein was pulled over for traveling at 60 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour zone by a police officer, Deputy Chris Bieze. What seemed like a routine traffic stop took a nasty turn when the woman refused to sign the speeding ticket.

“Take me to jail, come on, take me to jail. I’m a 72 year old woman”, then the great grandmother gets out of the truck. The 72 year old woman then states “Give me the ******* thing, I’ll sign it.”, and that is when the traffic officer explodes, and shoves the elderly lady.

Apparently the whining of a poor 72 year-old woman was too much for Mr. Officer – he threatens to taser her and he did. Oh please, how much danger can a grandma represent? The footage of this incident was released in an attempt to justify the use of a Taser gun by the police officer… What Deputy Bieze did is unexplainable abuse of power!

BREAKING: Early reports out of Washington, D.C. are saying that a man, reportedly James Von Brunn, walked into the National Holocaust Museum and opened fire on a security officer. Another officer, on duty, returned fire reportedly wounding the shooter.

The shooting reportedly entered the museum on the 14th street entrance, which is the main entrance.

The security guard and shooter were the only two to be shot.  A third person, a bystander, was injured by broken glass.

The shooter has been taken to George Washington University Hospital.

The shooting took place around 12:55pm local D.C. time in the museum lobby.

The shooting suspect is being identified as 89-year old James W. Von Brunn (photo above), a white supremacist, according to his website: Holy Western Empire.

In 1981 Von Brunn attempted to place the treasonous Federal Reserve Board of Governors under legal, non-violent, citizens arrest. He was tried in a Washington, D.C. Superior Court; convicted by a Negro jury, Jew/Negro attorneys, and sentenced to prison for eleven years by a Jew judge. A Jew/Negro/White Court of Appeals denied his appeal. He served 6.5 years in federal prison.

That is just a sampling of the hatred spewing from Von Brunn’s website.  JVB claims to be a member of Mensa.

The security guard, Stephen Tyrone Jones, has passed away according to hospital officials.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears is reportedly dating her loyal friend and agent Jason Trawick, a man that her family finally approves after chaotic relationships with her babies’ daddy Kevin Federline and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

“They are totally and definitely dating,” the source says. “Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that happened to her.”

“They’re very sweet together,” the source says, adding that Spears “always had a crush” on Trawick, who is also one of her brother Bryan’s best friends. “He makes Britney really happy, and he’s great with the boys.”

Britney and Jason have been frequently photographed together and he was included on Brit’s family vacation with her boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in the Bahamas a couple months ago.
