The controversial star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”, Danielle Staub, is the center of attention after her nasty criminal past was exposed. The 46 year-old mother-of-two is reportedly a former drug-abusing exotic dancer, who went under different aliases including Beverly Merrill (mushot) that is featured in the book “Cop Without a Badge“.

Danielle said on The Today Show: “I can only touch on [the rumors]. I can just say, it’s out there and it will be addressed. And I will definitely touch on all the subjects that are crucially in need of touching on at the time when the time is right.”

“Britain’s Got Talent” worldwide star Susan Boyle was recently hospitalized following her second place in the competition on Saturday (May 30). The talent show is accused of not offering proper support to the contestant who became an overnight sensation and revealed to suffer from a learning disability.

Susan said: “I was born with a disability and that made me a target for bullies. I was called names because of my fuzzy hair and because I struggled in class.

“I told the teachers, but because it was more verbal than physical I could never prove anything. But words often hurt more than cuts and bruises and the scars are still there.”

The 48 year-old rising star also has a history of depression and anxiety. Now Susan literally has all eyes on her and she needs help and support. Get well soon, Susan!

Johnny Depp opens up about life in his private island and reveals a bit more about himself and what is important to him in the latest issue of Vanity Fair (July 2009).

The 45 year-old actor confesses he has different beaches named after his family (partner Vanessa Paradis and kids, Lily Rose and Jack), Marlon Brandon and Heath Ledger. Here are some highlights from Johnny Depp’s Vanity Fair interview:

On money not being the price for happiness: “Money doesn’t buy you happiness, but it buys you a big enough yacht to sail right up to it.”

On his favorite thing to do (he also likes playing guitar and reading): “What I love to do is paint people’s faces, y’know, their eyes. Because you want to find that emotion, see what’s going on behind their eyes.”

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert naturally came out of the closet by leaving the Guys and Dolls nightclub holding hands with his super hot boyfriend, Drake LaBry (photo), on Monday (June 1).

Adam’s sexual orientation has been subject of gossip since the first photos of him dressed in drag and kissing a guy came out (photos here) but he always refused to comment. Kara DioGuardi claims Adam’s sexuality was never a secret: “I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet]. I think he was always openly out.”

Glambert is expected to declare his love for boyfriend Drake in the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone Magazine.

Prince Pedro Luis de Orleans e Braganza was confirmed as one of the passengers on the Air France Flight 447 that disappeared over the Atlantic Ocean on Monday (June 1). The Brazilian Prince is a descendant of Peter II, the last Emperor of Brazil, who was overthrown in 1889 prior to the proclamation of the Republic, and fourth in line to the hypothetical Brazilian throne. He is 26 years-old.

Wreckage was found 700 kilometers (434 miles) from the Fernando de Noronha archipelago, said Brazilian Air Force spokesman Jorge Amaral. The search will continue but it still can’t be confirmed it is actually wreckage of the missing flight.

Actress Anne Hathaway is currently dating an actor named Adam Shulman, best known for his role as Enos in the movie “The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning”. The 27 year-old actor and Anne met through mutual friends and rumors say he had someone special right before they started dating.

Anne ended a complicated relationship with Raffaello Follieri, who was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to fraud, money laundering and conspiracy, earlier this year. A source says: “Adam’s everything Raffaello wasn’t. He’s sensitive and kind to a fault. I think Anne may have found a kindred spirit.”

Spencer Pratt debuts the new music video for his new song titled “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here” which is the theme of NBC’s new reality show with the same title.

The video is all about “The Hills” star Spencer and his wife Heidi Montag-Pratt, who also star in the new reality show “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here” along with other celebs like Janice Dickinson, actors Stephen Baldwin and Lou Diamond Phillips, former NBA player John Salley and “American Idol” castoff Sanjaya Malakar.

Heidi and Spencer have reportedly walked off the filming location of the show in Costa Rica twice because they were expecting to be treated like kings of the jungle and wished the show had real celebs.

“They wanted to be treated like stars,” a source on the series told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest. “[Spencer] literally thought he and Heidi were staying in a Four Seasons, working out and getting a tan.”

“I wish they got some real celebrities like K-Fed,” Montag reportedly whined.

Seriously? K-Fed is a celeb?? If Heidi and Spencer were invited for another stupid reality show, I think that is an indication that no real celebs would ever accept the invite.

Conan O’Brien made is “Tonight Show” debut on Monday (June 1) and his first musical guest was the legendary band Pearl Jam. Read more and watch Conan O’Brien’s “Tonight Show” opening skit here.

The band that ended their 18 year contract with Sony doesn’t have a label but their upcoming album titled “Backspacer” will be released at Target this fall (September 22). Pearl Jam performed the first single, which remains unnamed, off “Backspacer” (watch video above).

Conan O’Brien kicked off his “Tonight Show” adventure with a run across the country, from New York to Los Angeles, as “Move to L.A.” was the last item on his to-do list (watch video above). Conan’s sidekick Andy Richter and Max Weinberg continues as his favorite band leader.

“I’ve timed this moment perfectly,” O’Brien deadpanned in his opening monologue. “I’m on a last-place network, I moved to a state that’s bankrupt, and tonight’s show is sponsored by General Motors.”

Conan is back! He was a bit nervous. It is not easy to replace such a legendary host like Jay Leno, who has been hosting “The Tonight Show” for seventeen years. Conan became the fifth host of the infamous talk show after Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Johnny Carson and Jay Leno.

“I remember watching Johnny Carson when I was a kid and thinking: That’s what I want to be when I grow up,” O’Brien said. “I’m sure right now in America there is likely a kid watching me, thinking: ‘What is wrong with that man’s hair?’”

The first guest Will Ferrell was nothing but nice to the new host offering him tips for L.A. living, including a good burger joint in Pasadena “called Burger King” and singing his own version of “Never Can Say Goodbye”. The real musical guest was Pearl Jam debuting a new song from their upcoming album “Backspacer” (watch video here).
