A star-studded memorial service for Michael Jackson is being prepared at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on July 7, 2009. VIP guests, friends and family will be seated on the main floor, while the real fans will have to pay $25 to sit in the stands, according to RadarOnline.

The lucky fans to get their tickets will also be able to buy “This Is It” tour paraphernalia so nothing goes to waste. I wonder if there is nothing else for Papa Joe Jackson to sell…

The memorial service, which will feel like a concert production featuring guest speakers, a lot of music and video screens inside and outside of Staples, will be followed by a parade of elephants and circus performers. Michael Jackson’s funeral will be the greatest in history.
