Michael Jackson’s Memorial Service, which will be six hours long, will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles at 1 p.m., Eastern Time today (July 7). The event will be covered worldwide so the fans, who can’t be there, will be able to follow everything via several live feeds online.

Celebrities expected to make a special appearance at the MJ Memorial are: Ron Boyd (family friend), Kobe Bryant, Mariah Carey, Andrae Crouch Choir, Berry Gordy, Jennifer Hudson, Shaheen Jafargholi (finalist on Britain’s Got Talent), Magic Johnson, Martin Luther King III, Bernice A. King, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Rev. Al Sharpton, Brooke Shields, Pastor Lucious Smith (family friend), Usher and Stevie Wonder.
