Steve Wonder’s daughter, Takiyah Wonder, has reportedly been hospitalized for an attempt to commit suicide after leaving some disturbing messages on her Twitter account, according to MediaTakeOut.

The 27 year-old had been having some problems with her longtime on-and-off boyfriend, Robert from the Group Day 26, and had been having trouble dealing with the death of her mother, soul singer Syreeta Wright, almost five years ago.

Takiyah Wonder Twitter messages on Monday (July 6):

The first message read as follows:

To everyone that screwed me in life, you’ve finally won.
I can’t take it anymore – I’m done.
You won’t have to hear from me again

But that wasn’t it. She ended with this eerie promise:

Sorry to the friends and family that did love me.
I just took something that will have me gone for good.
Finally no more pain

Stevie Wonder was one of the special guests to perform at Michael Jackson’s Memorial at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 7). We wish Takiyah a fast recovery! We hope she can find the peace she desperately needs.
