Amanda Rodrigues Gatti Photos: Arturo Gatti’s Wife
Amanda Carina Barbosa Rodrigues was arrested by the Brazilian Police for possibly strangling with a purse strap and killing her husband, boxer Arturo Gatti, yesterday (July 11) in Porto de Galinhas, Brazil. Amanda could not explain how she shared the room with her husband’s dead body for more than 10 hours.
Arturo and his 23 year-old wife were going through a difficult time in their relationship and were probably about to separate. This vacation was the last resort to try to save their marriage. Sources say the couple had been fighting on Friday and that Arturo got drunk before heading back to their hotel room.
