‘Inglourious Basterds‘ actor Brad Pitt covers the latest issue of Wired Magazine (August 2009). In the creative ‘Ask a Basterd’ interview, Brad Pitt talks about relevant issues concerning the use of technology like internet dating, Twitter exposure and using the phone while on the toilet.

Here are some highlights from Brad Pitt’s Wired interview:

Brad on Ashton Kutcher posting a photo of wife Demi Moore’s butt on twitter: “Don’t take a picture of your wife’s butt. That’s silly,” he tells the magazine. “Take pictures of other people’s wives’ butts.”

Brad on internet dating: “Everyone lies online,” he says. “In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you don’t, they’ll think you make less than you actually do. So the only way to tell the truth is to lie.”

Brad on using the phone while on the toilet: “No, you can’t talk on the phone!” Pitt declares. “Do you want the guy next to you to hear your entire conversation?

Brad on texting being his favorite form of phone communication: “Just be sure you don’t hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter,” he says. “Trust me, you don’t want those followers.”
