Andrea McNulty Claims Rape By Ben Roethlisberger (PHOTOS)
A Harrah’s Casino employee in Las Vegas, Andrea McNulty has filed a lawsuit for sexual assault against the Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who claims to be innocent (read more here).
Andrea McNulty claims that Ben asked her to come up to his room to fix the TV while she was working in the Casino and then forced her to have sex with him back in July 2008. So after a year, Andrea finally decided to sue him civilly instead of filing criminal charges.
The case has some holes, especially the part of there not being any criminal charges so far. This case is already reminiscent of the Kobe Bryant sexual assault incident that took place in Colorado several years back.

IF THIS WERE TRUE OF BEN HE WOULD HAVE SOME TYPE OF HISTORY IN HIS PAST WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. REALLY, BEN HAS NOT PROVEN HIMSELF TO BE THE TYPE OF INDIVISUAL THAT WOULD COMMIT A CRIME LIKE THIS. HE HAS NO HISTORY OF CRIOMINAL BEHAVIOR. TO GO FROM MAKEING SOLID DECISIONS OTHER THAN RIDEING A MOTORCYCLE. THIS CHARGE SOUNDS INSANE! RATHER THAN BEGIN WITH A CRIMINAL CASE SHE STARTS OUT WITH A CIVIL CASE $$$ END OF STORY.
I worked for this woman years ago and had absolutely no respect for her behaviors back than. She was incompetent,unstable and manipulative. We all believed that she got her positions through working her way up by sleeping with the bosses. She should have gone to the police back in July of 2008 if this was true, if not she should have never filed a lawsuit against someone a year later. It is a shame to try to destroy a successful athlete through this. This is the only way she could make money? They should have got rid of her at the hotel years ago but she always worked her way through.
