The ‘Music Man’ Billy Joel, fresh off a separation from his third wife Katie Lee Joel, is dating veteran soap star Alex Donnelley according to Stupid Celebrities.

Donnelley is best known for her role as Diane Jenkins from the early 80’s on ‘The Young and the Restless.’

The couple met backstage at one of Joel’s concerts in Washington, D.C.
