The Erin Andrews’ peephole videos scandal is not even close to an end. There are several videos of the sexy ESPN reporter completely naked in different hotel rooms – the same hotel in four of the videos and different hotels in the other two videos -, which led to the suspicion the person who taped it can be connected with the coverage of athletic events.

More shocking is the possibility of this pervert being someone that knows Erin’s work schedule and that may even be traveling with her… GASP!! As we reported, the person who is taping Erin without her knowledge or consent is apparently drilling holes into her hotel room from an adjoining room to catch her in some private moments like curling her hair naked in front of the mirror or even ironing a pair of pants while still completely nude.

Michael and Chrissie Smith’s newborn baby named, Alexander James Smith, is in critical condition at the University of Kentucky Hospital after being snatched from his crib by the family’s pet dog, a Native American Indian Dog with the name of Dakota, on Monday (July 20).

Just one day after arriving home from the hospital, baby Alexander was in an upstairs crib when Dakota took him into its mouth and outside into the yard then into some woods where the father ran to find his crying baby with cuts and puncture wounds to his torso and face.

Jessamine County Deputy Sheriff said the family had two Native American Indian dogs and a Labrador and the dog had “a history of grabbing things off counters and hiding things.” No charges have been filed and the dog was taken, but not yet destroyed, by Jessamine County Animal Control officers.

Former UFC fighter Kim “Kimo” Leopoldo is reportedly dead from complications from a heart attack. Kimo Leopoldo was 41 years old. The UFC legend, whose last fight was in October 2006, had a history of drug abuse throughout his career and had been arrested for domestic violence, assault and battery.

UPDATE (CORRECTION): It appears reports of Leopoldo’s death are exaggerated and news to him:

“According to the media, you’re dead,” his manager, Ron Kort, recalled telling Leopoldo, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The very much alive Leopoldo checked the Internet and learned of his reported demise.

“When I saw the sites, it scared me,” Leopoldo said, according to the Times. “I wondered, are they predicting the future or am I cursed?”

That’s right, Leopoldo is alive and kicking, although he was sentenced to 10 days of community service for pot possession.

Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. was returning home from a trip to China on Thursday and when he couldn’t get in the front door he asked the cab driver for help trying to force the door to open. A neighbor quickly called the police to report a burglary.

Professor Gates, who had presented his driver’s license and Harvard ID, was handcuffed and arrested following a loud exchange with police after officers allegedly continued to question his presence inside his own home. Gates accuses the officer of racial profiling and wants the charge of disorderly conduct to be dropped.

Andrea McNulty, the casino employee, that has accused Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault (rape), might in fact be nuttier than a crap-house rat.

TMZ is reporting that McNulty has been seeing a psychiatrist over a fictional soldier that she met online and was supposedly engaged to, before she quit receiving emails and communication from a woman who was pretending to be a soldier.

Sources connected with the case tell us a former co-worker of McNulty’s at Harrah’s came forward with this incredible story — that around the time McNulty hooked up with Roethlisberger, she was allegedly involved with a married man. The man’s wife, we’re told, created an email account, posing as a U.S. soldier in Iraq. The wife began corresponding with McNulty to gain information. We’re told the former co-worker has said McNulty fell in love with the fictitious soldier and began telling people she was engaged to him. When the wife stopped the correspondence, McNulty then began telling people the soldier was killed in action.

The alleged incident between Roethlisberger and McNulty took place in July 2008.  Roethlisberger has acknowledged he had sex with McNulty, but claims it was consensual.

This news does nothing to help McNulty’s credibility, especially in connection with her sexual assault claim against Roethlisberger.  This coupled with the fact there have not been any criminal charges filed are good news for Roethlisberger.  In my opinion, likely nothing will come out of the (bogus) claim by McNulty.

If she was sexually assaulted then hopefully she will get her day in court and be able to prove the charge.  If not, and if in fact she made in the story, then she should be prosecuted.

Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy got spontaneously engaged while he was performing on stage at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Saturday night (July 18).

Jamie reportedly pulled Jennifer on stage to show her vocal skills when an audience member screamed “Marry her!” Jamie quickly got down on one knee and proposed. How romantic!?! Of course, a grinning Jennifer immediately said “Yes!” and the crowd gave the lovebirds a standing ovation!

A Harrah’s Casino employee in Las Vegas, Andrea McNulty has filed a lawsuit for sexual assault against the Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who claims to be innocent (read more here).

Andrea McNulty claims that Ben asked her to come up to his room to fix the TV while she was working in the Casino and then forced her to have sex with him back in July 2008. So after a year, Andrea finally decided to sue him civilly instead of filing criminal charges.

The case has some holes, especially the part of there not being any criminal charges so far.  This case is already reminiscent of the Kobe Bryant sexual assault incident that took place in Colorado several years back.

Former Memphis Tigers basketball star Antonio Burks and another man were shot during the course of a drive-up robbery Monday night in Memphis.  Burks is being reported to be in critical condition.

Police say the 29-year-old Burks was shot in the lower torso. Police say he underwent surgery at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis Monday evening and was returned to surgery at about 10 p.m. CDT because of internal bleeding.

Memphis police told The Commercial Appeal that three men pulled up to a house where Burks and four other men were outside. Police say the three robbed the five men, then shot Burks and another man, whose injuries weren’t critical.

Burks was the Conference USA Player of the Year his senior season at Memphis. He went on to be drafted by the Orlando Magic and then traded to his hometown Memphis Grizzlies on draft night.  He has spent parts of the last three years playing overseas in Europe.

Anthony Jefferson, who drove Burks to the hospital, said the former basketball star came up to him bleeding badly with a gunshot wound.

“I was at my truck and heard a gunshot, saw a man running up the street, asked could I run him to the hospital,” Jefferson said.

He didn’t hesitate, driving Burks to The MED as fast as he safely could.

“He was telling me to go through lights,” Jefferson said. “I said, ‘Both of us don’t need to be at the hospital!’”

Jefferson called 911 on the way.  He said Burks managed to stay conscious the whole time.

“He said if he don’t make it, tell his family no to cry for him,” Jefferson said.  “Looked like he was going to pass out.”

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Antonio for a quick and full recovery.

WTAE in Pittsburgh is reporting that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by an employee at Harrah’s Casino in Lake Tahoe.  The woman that has filed the charges is Andrea McNulty.

Harrah’s casino employee Andrea McNulty filed the civil lawsuit last week in Washoe County, Nev., stemming from an alleged incident at a hotel room in July 2008.

The Steelers organization is backing their star quarterback and believes his version of the events.  Roethlisberger’s attorney had these strong words about the charges from McNulty:

Attorney David Cornwell told ProFootballTalk that he denies the claims in the lawsuit, saying, “Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone, especially Andrea McNulty,” and, “The limited value that Ms. McNulty derived from public disclosure of these viciously false allegations is the only value she will ever receive from Ben in this case.”

The civil suit by McNulty, which I am sure Steeler fans will rename ‘McNutty’, is the only lawsuit Big Ben is currently facing.  As of this posting, no criminal charges have been filed against the Super Bowl winning quarterback.

Beastie Boys’ Adam Yauch announced in a statement on Monday (July 20) that he suffers from a “very treatable” cancerous tumor in his salivary gland and because of that the group is canceling several tour dates and postponing their new album release.

The 43 year-old musician/film producer will need surgery to remove the tumor that is confined to an operable area and radiation treatments but his vocal cords won’t be affected. The Beastie Boys just posted a video announcement on YouTube (video below).

Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan was arrested on suspicions of driving under the influence – DUI – in Miami on Sunday (July 12). The 41 year-old actor was quickly released but not before he posed for the infamous mug shot!
