ESPN super sexy reporter Erin Andrews was a victim of a serious crime when she was caught off guard completely nude in her hotel room in a vicious act of invasion of privacy.

It seems that the video wasn’t shot from a peephole… it’s even more perverted than that because someone reportedly drilled a small hole from an adjoining hotel room and used some sort of spy cam that followed the 31 year-old reporter’s every move.

Erin, who has to clue to where and when the video was shot, is threatening to bring both civil and criminal charges against who did the video without her knowledge and against anyone who has published the material.

We can’t publish or link the video here but we have seen the video. Erin is one HOT woman. We wouldn’t advice you to look for the video now since it has been pulled and it’s not safe to click on any other links that promise a naked Erin Andrews’ video because they may infect your computer with a virus.

Yes, she is completely naked in her room walking around but it seems pretty innocent. I mean, it doesn’t look like she is posing for the camera – Erin looks too relaxed and comfortable!

Who Won Daisy Of Love? Daisy of Love finale will only air on Sunday (July 26, 2009) but according to reports Daisy De La Hoya is madly in love with the 22 year-old Flex aka TJ Markiewicz and will pick him as the lucky winner. Daisy Of Love runner-up is 12 Pack aka David Amerman.

Flex was supposed to be eliminated in episode 10, but Daisy decided to keep the contestant. It seems like she had already done her choice back then. The Daisy of Love Reunion will air on August 2.

Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl glams it up with a Roberto Cavalli gown and looks beautiful for the cover of the latest issue of InStyle Magazine (August 2009).

The 30 year-old actress, who stars with Gerard Butler in a new romantic comedy “The Ugly Truth”, opens up about family tragedy, meeting her husband Josh Kelley and the controversial Emmy snub. Here are some highlights:

On meeting her husband, singer-songwriter Josh Kelley: “I was fed up with trying to be somebody else and got really lucky and met a great guy who loved me for me. It’s hard—I think women have to struggle to define themselves, to find what they want. I keep telling my friends, seriously, write down what you want and make it specific. Like, I’m talking, do you want a beach house in Venice? Be specific and be creative and define not only what you want in your career but what you want in your personal life.”

On family tragedies—her brother’s death in 1986 and her mother’s battle with breast cancer: “Here’s the deal: This is what my family and I have been through, and although we’re not perfect, we are survivors. [My siblings and I] were taught to overcome—although that’s not the right word because you don’t really overcome that kind of stuff, but you do learn to live with it and you learn to live despite it… No one in my family ever said, ‘Life’s not worth living because this happened or that happened to me.’ It’s always worth living. And living well.”

On being criticized last summer for saying the Grey’s Anatomy material she’d been given to work with wasn’t Emmy-worthy: “Now I’ve got this moniker that I’m the foot-in-the-mouth gal, and I keep thinking, In what way? Because I said something you don’t agree with? Because I said something you don’t like? I’m just telling you my opinion. I hate the idea that I can’t be honest about how I feel about things because it’s going to piss somebody off who feels differently. That seems preposterous to me.”

On “The Ugly Truth” ‘R’ ratings: “I know this is going to sound bad but I’m really glad [Ugly Truth is rated] R. I didn’t want to do another PG-13 movie. [In any real-life contentious relationship with romantic underpinnings] you’re probably going to drop the F-bomb once in a while. You’re probably going to say some things that are kind of harsh. And you’re definitely going to talk about sex. It doesn’t have to be so Snow White and Prince Charming.”

According to manager, David Sonenberg, Paula Abdul is not happy and is ready to not return for the ninth season of the popular talent show, “American Idol”. David says Paula is hurt and angry with a holdup on her contract negotiations.

“I find it under these circumstances particularly unusual; I think unnecessarily hurtful,” Paula’s manager said. “I find it kind of unconscionable and certainly rude and disrespectful that they haven’t stepped up and said what they want to do.”

Apparently while the show’s producers are too busy making multi-million dollar deals with host Ryan Seacrest and judge Simon Cowell, Paula hasn’t yet received a proposal for a new contract therefore she is most likely not going back on ‘Idol’.

Paula turned to Twitter to address the subject and to thank fans for all the support during this difficult time in her career.

”I’m actually moved 2 tears upon reading the enormous amount of tweets showing me your kindness, love, & undying support. God bless all of you!,” she Tweeted. “If it weren’t for you, this specific time and situation would feel a whole lot worse!”

I can’t believe they are letting Paula go… please take Kara DioGuardi! Keep Abdul!! However, this could be a strategy to get Paula a better deal. Auditions for season nine of American Idol will start next month and the show will return in January, 2010.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst and his girlfriend Ester Nazarov have finally tied the knot in a simple ceremony in Las Vegas. The lovebirds exchanged rings before a romantic dinner at Prime Steakhouse and a performance of Cirque de Soleil’s “O” at the Bellagio Hotel.

Fred made the announcement via Twitter on Thursday: “Cheers to the universe from me and my lovely wife Esther Durst!! We are now one and complete.” The 38 year-old also announced their engagement on Twitter when he posted a photo of Ester’s beautiful Neil Lane engagement ring (photo below).

ESPN has sent a video to the blog NSFW POA after the site posted a peephole video of a nude woman in her hotel that was suspected to be sideline reporter Erin Andrews.

The video was posted yesterday without mention to ESPN or Andrews. Blogger Doug Sheckler posted the video with the title: “Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room.”

ESPN wasted no time in firing a missile at Sheckler from their legal team:

I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman at [redacted]. These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.

Please confirm by return e-mail that you intend to comply with these demands. In the absence of such confirmation we will assume you are an active and willing participant in these acts.

It seems that ESPN was convienced enough that it was the popular Erin Andrews.  The video has seen been removed from the site, but thousands of men online are still trying to find the video or a cache of the site from yesterday where they can access it.

If the video was not staged and was in fact of Andrews or another unsuspecting female then it is wrong and should have never been posted.  ESPN, by their actions, seems to think that it was of Andrews and did the write thing, with the letter, protecting their asset.

UPDATE: It turns out that the woman in the peephole video was in fact Erin Andrews, and her attorney has issued a statement that she will file criminal and civil charges against whoever made the video along with those who published the material as well.

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similary violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

This case will for sure be very interesting to see how it will unfold.

The 92 year-old journalist, Walter Cronkite, died at 7:42 p.m. at his home in New York on Friday (July 17). Walter, who was the anchor of CBS’ ‘News With Walter Cronkite’ from 1962 to 1981and also known as “Uncle Walter”, had been ill with cerebrovascular disease for a long time.

Adrian J. Gilliam Jr. was arrested for allegedly selling the gun that killed Steve McNair. Steve’s mistress, Sahel Kazemi, bought the gun just two days before she killed the Titans star and herself on that tragic 4th of July, 2009.

Gilliam, who was convicted of murder and attempted armed robbery back in 1993, was charged with illegally possessing a firearm this afternoon (July 17) and faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000.

Dallas Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett and his brother Michael Bennett, who is a rookie defensive end with the Seahawks, made a controversial YouTube video titled “Black Olympics” where they are seen competing at eating fried chicken and watermelon and drinking Kool-Aid.

Bennett said, “There’s white comedians that do stuff like that all the time. I think it’s funny to attack stereotypes. It’s funny how people just put people in a certain light and say that’s what all the people do of a certain race or particular person, so it’s fun to attack those stereotypes.”

Bennett defends the video, which is considered to be derogatory toward African-Americans and gays, and says comedians do that type of jokes all the time. I think Martellus should leave comedy to professionals!
