The “Saved By The Bell” reunion covers the latest issue of People Magazine. The cast reunites for the first time since the show ended back in 1994 to celebrate “Saved By The Bell” 20th anniversary.

This Saved By The Bell Reunion 2009 was ‘The Late Night’ host Jimmy Fallon’s original idea. Jimmy even had Zack Morris on his show to talk about it (watch Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Zack video).

Mario Lopez (Slater), Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack), Elizabeth Berkley (Jessie), Tiffani Thiessen (Kelly) and Lark Voorhies (Lisa) haven’t changed much and have remained good friends.

“We’re still very close for a cast that’s known each other 20 years,” says father-of-two Gosselaar, who now stars on TNT’s Raising the Bar. “I think that will continue.”

Dustin Diamond, who played nerd Screech on the series, isn’t part of this reunion because he is no longer close with his castmates and did not want to join them on the reunion cover. Dustin is currently working on a tell-all titled “Behind the Bell.”
