Actress Penelope Cruz and her actor boyfriend Javier Bardem are expecting their first child together but don’t expect them to tie the knot anytime soon because the mom-to-be doesn’t believe in marriage.

“Penelope is about four months pregnant,” a source tells Just Jared. “She’s really healthy now and will be a great mother.”

Penelope told the August issue of UK’s Psychologies magazine, “When I [have babies], I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don’t know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children.”

The 35 year-old actress quit smoking about 6 months ago sparking rumors of a possible pregnancy. Penelope’s baby bump made its first appearance at the German premiere of her new movie “Broken Embraces” (photos below), which was directed by Pedro Almodovar.
