Jennifer Frederich & Barefoot Baby Kicked Out Of Burger King (Video)
A mother, Jennifer Frederich, and her 6 month-old baby, Kaylin, were told to leave Burger King by the St. Louis County restaurant’s manager, because the baby wasn’t wearing shoes. A sign on the entrance clearly reads “shoes and shirt required”.
“The manager was standing next to him said, ‘you can order “to go” but you’re going to have to leave if she doesn’t have shoes on’. He said, ‘it’s against health code’,” Frederich said.
“The guy was still saying, ‘that lady is still here with that baby without shoes’,” Frederich said. “I just looked at him and I said, ‘that’s my daughter. She doesn’t own shoes. She’s only 6 months old’… she doesn’t walk. She’s not touching the ground. So there’s no reason for her to have shoes on.”
Jennifer, who claims are baby doesn’t even own a pair of shoes, said she put socks on the baby in an effort to comply but the manager still threatened to call police. So, Jennifer, baby and their church group quickly ate and left.
The mother thinks the situation was absolutely ridiculous and warns others, “People had to know about this…if you’re going to go to Burger King get some shoes on your baby or go somewhere else.” Jennifer added, “I think they [Burger King managers] just need to understand, it’s a baby. They’re not going to be walking around in their dirty, nasty, feet. I feel like the policy was probably for grown adults who might walk in without shoes on. That’s understandable. But, baby’s don’t wear shoes.”
Who would have guessed Burger King was so strict with their policies!?! It is just a baby for Pete’s sake!!

I’d be surprised if the employees were even wearing shoes. Burger King is a nasty dump of a restaurant that has slowly been going down the toilet for years.
The only thought that comes to mind on this one is no wonder the kid scorning her works at Burger King. Seems he doesn’t have a brain cell in his head to work anywhere else! Talk about idiot dipped in moron sauce.
Well what do U expect from a Burger King Employee? They are usally one fry short of a kids meal.
I would have let them call the police and had everyone leave without ordering.
