The View host Sherri Shepherd proudly show off her svelte new figure in a swimsuit (photos and video below) after vowing “by the end of this season [she would] get into a bathing suit live on ‘The View,’”.

Sherri promised and made it, going from a size 16 to a size 6, but it wasn’t easy she had to get through a horrendous process of dieting, exercise and even an on-air bikini wax (video below). OUCH! In the end to celebrate, Sherri was rewarded with a table with all her favorite foods. With friends like that…
