Actor Jamie Foxx is allegedly the latest victim of another homemade self nude photos scandal. MediaTakeOut got their hands on a precious picture of the Oscar-winning actor completely nude and in all his glory taken in a bathroom somewhere.

This has been one crazy week for nude photos – first, Vanessa Hudgens (a second time offender!), then super cute Twilight star Ashley Greene and now an A-list actor!! There’s no way we can tell if this is a real photo, but it sure looks like Jamie FoXXX!

UPDATE: Jamie Foxx’s lawyers claim he has the rights to that image (which means it was really Jamie!!) and demanded the photos to be removed.
