Big Brother 11: Chima Quits & Leaves! (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

Chima Simone, who is one of the most hated controversial Big Brother’s contestants, has quit and left the house after a meltdown involving a microphone she threw into the Jacuzzi during the live feed earlier on Saturday (August 15).
According to reports, Chima woke up to practice for the PoV competition, didn’t take her mic and was warned by the production of the show to put it back on several times. Natalie gave Chima her mic and she just threw it in the hot tub. The drama just starts to unfold: Chima is rude; a meeting is called by producer Allison Grodnerc, who tells she will have to pay for the mic pack.
Chima is offended. There was a lot of screaming involved and feeds were cut off. The real question is did Chima really quit or was she told to leave the Big Brother’s house?? Read more about Chima and what might have happened when the live feeds were switched to the fish tank below…
Update: CBS has released the following statement about the ‘Chima incident’:
“Chima has been evicted by the producers from the Big Brother house for violating the rules. She will not be part of the show’s jury. Her eviction will be addressed on an upcoming broadcast of the show.”

Here’s what reportedly happened:
Mike: Hey Guys, can you all come into the Livingroom please? We need to have a house meeting.
…. … they speak …. ….
AG: You will be paying for the mic pack Chima, this will come out your Stipend.
Chima: You know what? ***** this *****. I’m outta here. love you, nat–you too Lydia. *throws something* (her mic?)
She presses the diary room button, it doesn’t go green, she tries to pull the door open (EVERYONE is in the living room sitting down btw) and Chima says “don’t ***** with me, open this damn door. NOW!”
Then Nat and Lydia want to leave with her, but production asks them to remain a moment..
AG: Everyone, PLEASE calm down!
Lydia gets up and tries to open the DR door, bangs on it, crying.
Chima was SCREAMING at AG! The entire control room was told to record everything in case something happened. Security may have been there too.
Result?
1.Chima is the first BB USA contestant to ever QUIT.
2.For the first time ever. No eviction week. (since BB2?)
3.America will be voting as the seventh vote at jury.
4.Chima has forfeited ALL stipend, and will not be at the Finale night.
5.They will be showing this on TV Tuesday. (Probably edited to hell–removing all the good stuff )?

I disagree with the statement made by Drew-Shane. I am African-American and did not like Chima since the season started. I felt that Chima was very immature and should have handled things a lot better than she did. Whenever something didn’t go her way she resorted to name calling and crying.The very same things that my 9-year old nephew does.

The fact that Chima and Natalie are african american hasnt anything to do with why America hates them…They are inconsiderate and rude. Chima is used to getting her way. When her back was against the wall it’s racist. She was the racist. I think she is a brat and hurt her career. Who would want to employ her? i must agree with the majority of the comments. chima is so pretty and such a diva and a goddess, that she needn’t have acted like such a beeyotch. that doesn’t show strength and conviction, it shows insecurity. as far as the rape situation goes, i believe she said she stopped the attacker before he had actually raped her, so i can feel no real empathy for her, as that just shows she was searching for sympathy. being a gay man with aids, i’ve been a ‘victim’ of bashing, both physical and verbal, and basically was picked on all my life. guess what? i grew up and over it. maybe she should too. i totally wanted to try out for this season, but thank god i didn’t, coz if i’d have made it, i would be more insane than i already am. it’s perfectly fine to promote urself as strong and independent, but she suddenly became just another omarosa. plus, she lied, attacked, backstabbed etc just like everyone else. it’s simply the game. i have to admit tho, she’s given russell extra power by leaving, and that just sux.

Any statement claiming this is about race is completely off-base. I’m an African-American man and I (among many others) grew tired of Chima’s antics very quickly. She was quick to assume the role of house diva, and her dethroning was incredibly satisfying for me. Her whining and crying was ridiculous, as were her misconceptions about she being the game’s smartest player.
