A man believed to be Ryan Jenkins was arrest on a plane last night at a Toronto airport but U.S. Marshal’s office has confirmed he was not Ryan and that the “Megan Wants a Millionaire” killer is still on the loose. They are offering a $25,000 reward for any information regarding the whereabouts of Jasmine Fiore‘s murderer.
