Talk show host Tyra Banks, who won a Daytime Emmy Award for best informative talk show for the second year in a row, is possibly engaged to her longtime boyfriend, NY investment banker, John Utendahl.

Tyra had recently been seen out and about with a big rock on her left ring finger, which she proudly showed off at the 2009 Daytime Emmy Awards on Sunday (August 30), fueling rumors of the engagement but an official announcement hasn’t been made yet.

UPDATE: Tyra has confirmed she is NOT engaged!   Tyra tweeted, “Hearing about crazy rumors that I’m engaged. Well, I’m not. The ‘RING’ is my high school class ring. It’s 10k gold, and has zero diamonds. Ha!”
