Anistonizer John Mayer put out a challenge to TMZ honcho Harvey Levin on Twitter that he would donate $25,000 to a charity of his choice if he could find his mug shot.
Well it took nearly all day and a ton of asking around. Bumpshack’s own Rita Pereira even received an email asking if she had any clue as to where it could be found.
The mug shot above was taken on May 26, 2001 when John was arrested in Atlanta for driving on a suspended license.
Yankee’s captain Derek Jeter and super hot actress Minka Kelly, who were recently caught possibly shopping for an engagement ring, are reportedly finally engaged to be married later this year, according to the NYPost.
“Derek and Minka are secretly engaged,” an insider told Page Six. “The wedding is being planned and will take place after baseball season is over.”
These rumors were denied by the 29 year-old actress’ rep, who said, “There is no fall wedding planned to Derek Jeter.” No fall wedding… what about a summer wedding!?! We will have to wait and see what happens!
Model Kathleen Neill was arrested after posing completely nude for the famous photographer Zach Hyman at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York on Wednesday (August 26).
Hyman asked, “Why is this wrong? There were thousands of people in the Met today looking at nudes as art, but as soon as there is a real nude, it’s a big problem.”
Neill had the same question, which she posed to the security guard who detained her. “She told me there were naked statues everywhere,” the guard said. “I said, ‘Those statues are 400 years old. You’re from the 21st century.’”
Hyman claims his model was arrested because she didn’t have an ID on her and this is the first time one of his nude models is arrested and charged with public lewdness. The guard who did the arrest explained, “I had to make sure that girl was turned over to the police. There were little kids in here watching the whole thing.”

Jaycee Lee Dugard, who disappeared from her home in South Lake Tahoe on June 10, 1991, when she was just 11 years old, has walked into the Concord Police Department on Wednesday afternoon (August 26).
The 29 year-old woman, who claims to be Jaycee and who was supposedly kidnapped 18 years old, talked to her mother, Terry Probyn, and stepfather, Carl Probyn, and they are convinced she is, in fact, their missing daughter.
Michelle Michard, a suspect in Jaycee’s kidnap, was arrested back in 1997 for the kidnapping of a Reno business college student and is also being questioned in the kidnapping and murder of Vanessa Lei Samson of Pleasonton, California. Maybe now Jaycee can give the police more information about what really happened to her and where she was all these years, which may also help solve other crimes.
Vanity Fair Photo Shoot with Billy Ray – This photo shoot ended up turning into a mini-scandal and in the end major publicity for Miley and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus. The shoot was done by famed fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz. The controversy came from Miley appearing topless in the shots and in a semi-suggestive position with her father in some of the other images. Miley ended up issuing an apology and the issue slowly faded away. (See Photos and Story)
Lap Dance Photos on Director’s Twitter – This was an instance of Miley practicing an inappropriate and suggestive lap dance for the old and wacky director of “The Last Song” movie that were photographed. The director then proceeded to take the photos and post the Kodak moment on his Twitter. The director shares a lot of the blame for this bad judgment (if not all of it), but Miley should know better than to be doing lap dances for 50-year old men who have grandchildren her age.
Pole Dancing at Teen Choice Awards – This is perhaps the freshest screw-up on our list. Less than a month ago, Mileyperformed her new single ‘Party in the USA’ at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. She came out in tight-black bootie shorts (photo) and in an extremely suggestive style jumped up on a moving ice cream cart (complete with stripper pole) and did a quick pole dance during the middle of the song to a stunned yet thrilled audience. Meanwhile, Papa Billy Ray smiled and applauded his approval in the audience. It is still mind-numbing that a producer of a teen awards show thought this was a good idea, regardless of actual intent. Decision to Date Justin Gaston – Nothing is more controversial than a pure, virginal sixteen year old girl dating a 20 year-old underwear model, who is also an aspiring country star. This uncanny and allegedly asexual relationship between Miley and Justin Gaston might have been the critical turning point from Miley being seen as a virginal Disney star to a young woman with an appetite for sexy and dangerous boys and their toys. Jogging in Bikini/Bra with Shirtless Boyfriend - Miley and then model boyfriend Justin Gaston went for an early morning run earlier this year. Justin ran sans shirt, which I normally do as well during the summer. That is perfectly acceptable for a 20-year old modeling stud. However, Miley ran in denim Daisy Dukes and a low cut shirt with her bra/bikini top covered boobs bouncing in-n-out of it – completely inadequate jogging attire for an underage girl that is more than aware that the paparazzi is present to track her every move and illegal bounce. Miley knew exactly what she was doing but later tried to explain it away by stating that she was simply dressed for a car wash. (Photos and Story)
Asian Slanted Eyes Photo Controversy – I think most of us at some point made ‘slant-eyes’ Asian faces during our childhood. But that was in a different time and age. However, this is not as acceptable to do in this ultra political correct world we now live in. Miley made the mistake of doing her own version of ‘slant-eyes’ in a group photo at a small party. Several other kids in the photo were goofing off as well. Miley was probably actually clueless that her gesture could be found offensive. Being the mega-celebrity that she is – it was just a matter of days before the photo was circulating all over the internet. The OAC admonished her with a stong handed statement. One Asian woman filed a lawsuit seeking $4 billion in damages for all of the Asian Pacific Islanders living in the Los Angeles area for the ‘racist’ picture. So I guess it was acceptable for Michael Jackson to want to be white, but racist for Miley to want to be Asian. Miley has to be smart, especially at these parties, and in today’s society where a cell phone camera can catch celebrities in a wild array of unfathomable positions or gestures. Miley was being harmless but very likely will simply be ‘Smiley Miley’ the next time someone says “CHEESE!”
Twitter Rants/’Miles to Go’ Book – For someone who often complains about public scrutiny of her personal life, Miley has no problem putting her emotions and feuds in print or on her Twitter. Miley’s first autobiography “Miles To Go” tells all you want to know (or don’t want to know!) about her first failed attempt at a romantic relationship with Nick Jonas, better known as ‘Prince Charming’ in the book. Alternatively, she uses Twitter to profess her love to an unknown person, send Justin Gaston messages and rant about how the media doesn’t leave her alone. Well, maybe the media would leave her alone more if she wasn’t constantly bringing attention to herself via her Twitter or rambling thoughts. Photos Kissing Girls – Miley also likes to spread the love to her girl friends. I don’t know why, but there is often something about Christian girls wanting to go out smooch other girls and mark it up to experimenting or being confused. First, Miley got sweet and wild with a girl in a hotel hallway (photos), then she was caught trying to attackAshley Tisdale (photo) and most recently kissing “I Kissed A Girl” singer Katy Perry (photos). Locking lips Lohan-style might be the chic thing in Hollywood right now, but it’s definitely not appropriate for a sixteen year-old Disney star.
Overexposure - #10 was originally ‘Bad Parenting,’ but after some thinking I decided Miley’s parents are probably doing the best they can do with all of the vulchers and snake oil salesmen around them in Hollywood. Still Miley’s folks, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, could have kept a bit tighter reign on her at times and monitored some of her online behavior, as all parents should do with teenage children. They also should have 86′d the topless Vanity Fair shoot and not allowed the stripper-like performance of ‘Party in the USA’ at the Teen Choice Awards.
However, something they are letting take place that might eventually hurt Miley’s career or her psyche in general is overexposure. You can’t avoid Miley in the supermarket, Wal-Mart, television, radio, or the internet without hearing or seeing Miley Cyrus. I understand you have to do the branding while the iron is hot, but give the kid at least a small bit of what little remains of her childhood to enjoy.
Exposure and profitability is a good thing, but overexposure almost always ends up killing the product in the process. Miley could be an exception to that rule much in the same way that Britney Spears has been, but Britney has not done it without stints in rehab, failed marriages, and a massive meltdown. Hopefully, Miley can learn from her own mistakes, and from the mistakes of others so she can mature her career as graceful as possible over time.
We love Miley here at the Bumpshack and think she has survived remarkably well to this point in her career. Hopefully she can escape the demons and heartache that usually ends up suffocating child stars in Hollywood.

Former University of Kentucky basketball coach, Billy Gillispie, was arrested for DUI in Lawrenceburg early Thursday morning (August 27).
According to reports, Gillispie was pulled over in a white 2009 Mercedes with Texas tags for erratic driving around 2.45 am and refused to take a breathalyzer or blood alcohol test. The passenger, 42-year-old Charles O’Conner, was also arrested for alcohol intoxication and the two were taken to the Franklin County jail.
Actress Anne Heche decided to open her mouth to diss her ex-husband and the father of her 7 year-old son Homer, Coley Laffon, on “The Late Show With David Letterman” on Wednesday (August 26).
“Can you say ‘lazy ass’ on TV?” Heche said. “No, no, no. That’s terrible.”
When asked by Letterman what Laffoon does for a living, Heche paused before telling the audience: “He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes, ‘Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh! I got a check from Anne! Yay!’ ”
Laffoon “is doing a lot for himself right now,” she added. “I think he wants to coach soccer right about now. It’s funny because you can’t quite let go of the ex.”
“He wants me to come and watch him run around in his little white shorts playing soccer,” she told Letterman. “Honestly, I don’t want to come to rehearsal and watch you run around in your tight shorts like trying to pretend you know how to play soccer. I divorced you! I don’t want to hang around with you Thursdays and Saturdays and maybe on Sunday.”
Anne and Coley went through a very ugly, nasty divorce that lasted for two years and included a fight over furniture, a custody battle and accusations from both parties, before they finally reached a settlement six months ago.
No matter how bad your ex-husband might be, Anne just comes out looking like a complete lunatic and totally insane when all she can talk about and try to be funny about is the father of child, who is old enough to watch TV and see his mother making a fool of herself.
Anne is currently dating her “Men in Trees” co-star James Tupper and the two welcome a healthy baby boy named Atlas Heche Tupper earlier this year. Hopefully, Anne won’t be back dissing the fathers of her children on Letterman in a couple of years.
Famed songwriter Ellie Greenwich has died of a heart attack at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York, where she had been treated for pneumonia, on Wednesday (August 26). Ellie was 68 years old.
The songwriter, who has been called the greatest melody writer of all time, wrote some notorious hits like “Then He Kissed Me” (the Crystals), “Be My Baby”, “I Can Hear Music” (The Ronettes, Beach Boys), “Hanky Panky” (a hit for Tommy James & the Shondells), “Maybe I Know” (Lesley Gore), and the song Phil Spector considered his greatest recording, “River Deep, Mountain High” (Ike and Tina Turner).

A 24 year-old man by the name of Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson has surfaced asking for a DNA test to prove he is, in fact, the biological son of the late Michael Jackson. An interesting fact is that Michael’s two “official” sons (Prince and Blanket) also have the same name, Prince Michael.
Apparently Malachi Jet was always told he was the son of the King Of Pop even though they haven’t had any personal contact. His birth certificate names Michael Joseph Jackson of Indiana as the father and Zerline LaVette Dixon as his mother, but the Jackson family reportedly requested for the existence of this son to be kept quiet.
“Malachi has been told his entire life that he is Michael Jackson’s son. His primary goal is to have closure on whether or not Michael was his father, and he wants a DNA test to prove it. Malachi’s primary motivation isn’t money,” his attorney LeRue Grim said.
“Malachi looks exactly like Michael Jackson,” Grim added. “I’m seeking a DNA test and I’m very concerned that it be reliable and that no one slips in DNA from a stranger. Malachi never met Michael, from what I understand Michael was very private about his personal life.”
Malachi Jet’s mother Zerline had a fashion line under a company named Michael Jackson back in the eighties, but her relationship, if any, with Michael isn’t clear. Zerline reportedly had some drug problems and Malachi Jet was raised by his grandmother and is currently enrolled in a special needs college.
Best-selling author and Vanity Fair journalist, Dominick Dunne, died in Manhattan on Wednesday (August 26) after a long battle with bladder cancer at the age of 83. Dominick, who was known for covering high profile trials like O.J. Simpson, the Menedez brothers, Michael Skakel, William Kennedy Smith and Phil Spector, was working on his final book “Too Much Money” at the time of his death.
Dominick is survived by his two sons, Griffin Dunne and Alexander Dunne, and a granddaughter, Hannah. R.I.P. Dominick Dunne!!
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gretchen Rossi has 2.5 million reasons to smile after the death of her fiance Jeff Beitzel, who had been fighting leukemia for a long time.
Even through, Gretchen made it sound like she didn’t want Jeff’s money after taking care of him for so long but it turns out he did leave her a good amount of money since she was included in his life insurance policy.
Gretchen was awarded $2,500,000 and didn’t lose any time to move on with her life. The 31 year-old reality star is rumored to be dating Slade Smiley and has been seen around with other guys.
