Playmate Dalene Kurtis Victim Of Abuse (Photos)
Former Playmate of The Year Dalene Kurtis was attacked by her boyfriend, who also threatened to kill her, while on vacation in Hawaii. Dalene claims he punched her, chocked her, broke her finger and spit in her face while saying he was “gonna kill [her],” “slit [her] throat” and that she was a “f**king whore.”
The 31 year-old Dalene was granted a temporary restraining order that also includes her 2 year-old son. Playboy model, Jasmine Fiore, was also a victim of abuse but her story ended tragically when her husband Ryan Jenkins brutally murdered her (read story here).

The man who attack the Playboy Playmate of the year 2002 was the man who just purchased the sister house to the Playboy Mansion this last month. His name is James Daren Metropoulos. He goes buy his middle name Daren.
Kurtis was granted a TRO, which includes her two-year-old son. James Daren Metropoulos was taken to jail the night he pushed her, punched her and choked her during a trip to Hawaii. She then claims four days later he choked her until she couldn’t breathe, stomped on her stomach, punched her, broke her finger, and spit in her face. That’s when she (finally) called the cops and had him arrested.
He posted bail at $50,000.00 dollars and is getting charged with a felony. He was arrested buy the Beverly Hills Police Department on August 10, 2009.
Update: Daren Metropoulos was never charged as Dalene’s claims turned out to be false. Friends of the playmate revealed that she had been trying to extort money from Mr. Metropoulos including demanding half of the house that he purchased next to the Playboy Mansion. When Daren tried to break up with her she attacked him and then called the police and said he beat her but the subsequent investigation turned up no evidence to support the nude model’s story.
Charges were never filed in this case as Dalene’s allegations turned out to be false. Stern’s comment on this article is also false.
Files are charged and everything is going the way it should be. Pictures of the night of Aug. 10, 2009 will be leaked soon. The proof will even shock must of Mr. Metropoulos Friends and Family. And all of Dalene’s allegations are totally hundred percent true. And makes this case a million times better for her and for other victims of Domestic Violence. She will and is standing strong!

Howard, saying that charges are filed is just a lie. The DA has not determined weather or not charges will be filed as far as I understand it. All of the paperwork you mention is either standard arrest procedure or paperwork that anyone can file against any other person. You could at least be honest if you “know” something about this case that outsiders like myself don’t know. If there was a solid case against Mr. Metropoulos charges would have been filed when they were supposed to have been on the September 10th. Domestic violence against women is an awful thing. The only thing I can think of that is worse is claiming someone abused you when it is not true. That is the most disgusting behavior there could be.
Well the DA is giving Daren a change to prove to them why he beat up his ex-girlfriend. See this is what happens when your family is LOADED and have lots of conection to help there little boy get out of his very very bad domestic violence behavior. Which has been going on for some time. Mr. Metropoulous is know to yell at his mother and call her a FAT BIG! and just put her down to the point of tears. All your friends have seen it first hand. Its horrible!!! The signs are everywhere. Put the Pills down and weed. Grow up and face the claims. You will be surpised my friend.
