VOTE: Love or Hate Ellen as IDOL Judge?
Earlier tonight we announced that Ellen DeGeneres will be replacing Paula Abdul as the 4th judge on American Idol. Feedback on that news has been mixed to say the least. So what do you think of the selection: Match made in heaven or the beginning of the end of Idol?

Hmm Ellen wants to speak for the people??? Don’t we do that when we vote every week? Also, what about mentoring the artists? Certainly Ellen is under qualified for that position. Working in music is what the contestants want to do for a living. It would be great if idol if idol continued to provide them with a seasoned professional in the industry.
At best, Idol should have at least picked a judge respected in the music industry (Lionel Richie, Dolly Parton, and or Cyndi Lauper). This makes not since. What next, Ellen will judge American Next Design Star? She’s qualified for that because she wants to speak for the people. Please… both concepts are silly.

Yeah, what the hell does ellen know about music? She hardly knows how to make me laugh, let alone critique music. I usually like lesbians but I really hate her cause she’s the worst kinda lesbian, the ugly lesbian. Someone get her a stylist cause I cant stand the way shes always dressed like a little schoolboy. And while we’re on the subject american idol sucks too, its boring, and its for little girls, and gay men, or mommies with nothing better to watch. I’d totally bang her wife though.
