Heidi DeJong Barsuglia: Mike Duvall’s Kinky Affairs (Photos, Video)
State Assemblyman, Mike Duvall, is involved in an sex scandal after a TV station, KCAL, revealed a videotape of the Republican bragging about his extra conjugal affairs during a legislative hearing in July, while completely unaware that his microphone was turned on (watch video below).
Duvall, who is married and has two children, has resigned on Wednesday (September 9) but he explains his decision is not a confession of a possible affair with a lobbyist and some other woman.
Duvall wrote on his website, “My offense was engaging in inappropriate storytelling and I regret my language and choice of words. The resulting media coverage was proving to be an unneeded distraction to my colleagues and I resigned in the hope that my decision would allow them to return to the business of the state.”
The lobbyist with whom Duvall supposedly had an affair with is the 36 year-old married Heidi DeJong Barsuglia, who has dealings with the state Assembly Utilities and Commerce Committee that Duvall was formerly vice chairman of.
Sempra Energy (SRE) is investigating the conduct of an employee ensnared in a scandal linked to taped sex comments made by Duvall (watch video below).
