Tila Tequila Bruises Photos Not Enough To Prosecute Shawne Merriman
Reality star Tila Tequila showed the bruises left on her body after she was allegedly attacked by her boyfriend Shawne Merriman on Sunday (September 6). The case was dismissed by the San Diego D.A. due to insufficient evidence and Shawne will not be prosecuted.
The San Diego D.A. just released the following statement: “After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed.”
NFL star claims he was trying to protect his girl because Tila was reportedly drunk and he simply tried to “encourage her to stay until safe transportation could be provided.” While Tila said she is allergic to alcohol and doesn’t drink (yeah, right!) and claims the real reason for the attack was her denial to “bang” his buddies.
Tila tweeted, “Someone should get my 911 emergency call and let everyone hear! They will know how horrendous that night was and hear EVERYTHING!!!!!”
“As I said, the ENTIRE incident, every detail, will surface very soon. U will be appalled once u learn all criminal activities he engages in. At my meeting with the D.A.(which they said never happened) they asked me to bring them all the evidence. They closed case b4 investigating!”
“Shawne Merriman, the NFL & the San Diego D.A.’s want 2 toss me under the bus with conspiracy & corrupt judicial system. I will keep fighting. Shawne has his people cover up for him. Did u know that he is the “CLUB OWNER” who said I was drunk? Shawne owns that club..conspiracy.”
The truth is Tila has bruises and those are real. Shawne didn’t deny restraining her. He actually said he was trying to keep her “safe” so he must have used some type of force. I don’t like Tila, I think she is an attention whore but it seems like justice wasn’t served and someone is trying to cover up what really happened that night.

Riddle me this batman… wasn’t her big deal how he choked her? Yet, I fail to see any bruises on her neck… Bruises on her arms just show him trying to stop her…from driving drunk possibly? She is an attention whore and trying to gain fame from this, as she is accusing Merriman of doing in her Twitter posts. I follow them both and she is the only one making comments about the situation and acting immaturely about it. Whether or not he did do something, she is still the one talking sh*t on Twitter like a 12 year old girl. Grow up, Tila.
