Rapper Kanye West jumped on stage and interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for the first award of the night, Best Female Video, for “You Belong With Me”. Kanye thought Beyonce deserved the award for the “Single Ladies” video.
Kanye said, “Yo, Taylor — I’m really happy for you. I’ll let you finish. But Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time!!”
Poor Taylor was left speechless!! That beast just grabbed her mic and ruined what should have been Taylor’s moment! He is such a prick!! We can’t believe security just stormed in and threw in off the stage!
Beyonce shared the stage with Taylor when she won Video of the Year. She invited Taylor up on stage to have her moment to shine and give her thank yous.

That had to be humiliating~ but I pray that Taylor Swift can expand herself a little bit from this and quit singing prefabricated he loves you she loves you songs…She needs to add diminsion to herself and her music to be respected more than now. It really isn’t fair that other musicians are creating original work while she is riding the rails of already have beens. To me she has no identity to herself. I know I wouldn’t buy her cd as of date; and quite frankly am amazed that she won.

I think what Kanye West was wrong he ruinned her delight of winning a VMA award
I am not a fan of Kanye West, but when I heard that he did this, I laughed. I laughed because now all of the people that told me how wonderful Kanye West was, saw what I have been seeing all along; a ego driven jerk. You know that what he did was really wrong when our own president called him a name. I felt so bad for Taylor, but she held her composure so well. That shows me how mature she is by the fact she didnt lash out at him for coming up on stage and stealing her spotlight. He just looked even more like an idiot when Beyonce invited Taylor to come up on stage and do her speech again because Beyonce remembers the first time she won her award and how important it was to her so she wanted to do the same for Beyonce showed her fans and other audience members how classy she was when she stepped aside and let Taylor run down the list of who she wanted to thank. Overall, this outburst showed everyone how Kanye West truely is. Which is a person who only thinks of himself and doesnt care about anyone else. I think that he will lose a lot of repect and friends from this ordeal.
Taylor went on the View and responded to everything in a mature way. She even made jokes about it!
