Singer/songwriter Katy Perry looked just stunning in her strapless silver dress while arriving at the 2009 MTV MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) held at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (September 13).

“I Kissed a Girl” singer came up on stage right after Janet Jackson’s performance to rock out to “I Love Rock N Roll” accompanied by Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry and to prepare the host Russell Brand’s big entrance.
