Kevin Skinner, all the people in Eastern Kentucky love you!!!! We are so very proud of you. Last night when you were on that stage I sat praying for God to let you win, if it be his will. I know it was his will. My 70 year old husband hit the floor screaming, when your name was called. I got my sister in Ohio on the phone, along with my sister-in-law, we were so happy. at your win. My sis and bro.inlaw were here from Milan Indianna. Their son Jamie is
with a bluegrass group called The Grascals from Nashville and Paul was so sorry he hadn’t
