Raymond Clark III, who had been named a “person of interest” in Annie Le’s death, has finally been arrested for the murder of the 24 year-old Yale grad student Annie Le (read more details) on early Thursday (September 17).

The lab tech’s house, where he reportedly lives with his fiancé Jennifer Hromadka, was searched by the police and Ray had been released after DNA samples were collected. It seem like DNA has been crucial linking him to the murder.

Ray Clark’s bond was set at $3 million, he is expected to be arraigned within 24 hours. The 24 year-old Yale lab technician, who is currently the only suspect in the case, has invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and has refused to answer police questions.
