Jenny Slate can breathe a sigh of relief! After dropping the f-bomb on live TV during the “Bike Chick Chat” skit (watch video here) on Saturday Night Live (September 26), the producers of the show decided to give Jenny the benefit of the doubt (it really was unintentional!) and will not fire her.

NBC spokeswoman Sharon Pannozzo said, “She will not be fired.” Although, it is still considered scandalous that the F-word hit the air, the incident occurred about 12:40 am (not on prime time) therefore SNL is not expected to face fines from the Federal Communications Commission.

It was Jenny’s first night and first major skit on the 35th season premiere of SNL, which was hosted by beautiful Megan Fox (the ‘SuperGirl’), the girl deserves another chance.
