Our special celebrity voter this week is former USC wide receiver Mike Williams.  Williams dominated for the Trojans in his two years on the field.  He was National Freshman of the Year and in just his second year won the Biletnikoff Award, which goes to the top wide receiver in the nation.

Penn State and California fell out of the top 5 after being upset over the weekend by unranked opponents.
