Actor George Clooney showed off his new girlfriend, an Italian model/actress named Elisabetta Canalis at the premiere of his new movie “The Men Who Stare At Goats” during the 2009 Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy on Tuesday (September 8).

The couple looked completely stunning and happy on the red carpet. The two have been spotted enjoying the Italian sun in his villa home in Lake Como (photos) but this is the first time George and Elisabetta arrived at a public event together.

Guy Dupuy of Team Flight Brothers throwing down what seemed like it would be an impossible dunk this side of video games. Dupuy, at the London Nike Midnight Madness, throws an off-the-bounce lob to himself, catches it while taking the ball between his legs, all-the-while and at the same time jumping over the stereotypical white guy prop.

The Beatles albums were finally digitally remastered and will be available for purchase today (Wednesday, September 9, 2009). The CD sets will feature the albums’ original track lists and artwork as it was released in the UK plus extended booklets with exclusive new notes and photos of the band.

The rereleases will include the Beatles’ 12 studio albums and Magical Mystery Tour as well as Past Masters Vol. I and II, which will be packaged as one collection. All 14 discs will be available with DVD’s of the documentaries in a stereo box set, and a set titled The Beatles in Mono featuring 10 discs will also be released. Total price is $191.36 on Amazon!

TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus 8” sexy mother-of-eight, Kate Gosselin, was offered the astonishing amount of $400,000 by Hugh Hefner to strip off her clothes and pose naked for a tasteful Playboy photo spread.

Kate was reportedly totally horrified with the idea and is not even considering the possibility. A source told Star magazine, “Hugh sent her a letter, but Kate was totally mortified and threw it away! She didn’t think it was appropriate because of the children.”

That amount of money would be gold in the children’s college fund so we hope Kate reconsiders. Kate is proud of the way she looks in a bikini but she is probably not ready to take off her clothes not even if every light is switched off.

Big Brother 11 final Head of Household competition is a three-part challenge that started with a difficult, long endurance challenge. The final three, Kevin, Natalie and Jordan, were up on a rolling log, holding on to their keys as best they could, while the seasons and weather changed around them.

Jordan is the first to fall. And Natalie and Kevin make a deal: Kevin agrees to take Natalie to the Final 2 if Natalie finally gives up and jumps off after the long three hours of the competition. Natalie jumps and Kevin is the winner of HoH round 1.

The HoH competition round 2 will be played by Natalie and Jordan. The winners of the two first rounds of the HoH competition will face each other in the third and final round of the HoH competition and the winner will be crowned Big Brother’s Final HOH.

UPDATE: In the round 2 of the HOH competition, Jordan beat Natalie by a score of 9 to 5 in ‘Heads Will Roll.’ The final HOH will be named after Kevin and Jordan compete in the round 3 of the competition. Natalie is afraid Kevin will not save her and include her in the final 2… stay tuned!!

Talk show host Tyra Banks revealed her real natural hair (watch video below) for the first time at the premiere of the Tyra Banks Show’s fifth season on September 8, 2009, a day she declared as the “National Real Hair Day”.

The 35 year-old former model, who is currently dating John Utendahl (photos), came out of the shower (makeup on!) to show her real hair (no wigs, no extensions, no hairpieces, whatever…) and have a professional style her hair in front of her audience.

“Jon & Kate Plus 8” star Jon Gosselin decided to tell all in the first TV interview after the divorce announcement with ABC’s Chris Cuomo in a Good Morning America and “Primetime: Family Secrets” special to air on Tuesday (September 8).

Jon claims he was constantly verbally abused and beaten down by his wife Kate Gosselin and confesses he cannot even sit by her side on the couch anymore because she became someone he despises.

“Our relationship will never be fixed,” Jon said. ” … I don’t trust her anymore. I was abused … I was beaten down … I’m not going back to that life style.”

“Well, excuse me, I’m taking care of the kids,” he added. “She’s on book tours, she’s doing all these things. You know she’s gone a week … comes back. Packs up and leaves again…I’m standing there like, ‘Oh, okay. Your mom’s gone again.’”

“But I can’t sit on the sofa with that woman. I can’t sit on someone right now that I despise. I despise [her] because she’s not speaking from the heart,” he said. “Please — the stuff you tell me in private should be the stuff you tell me on TV.”

The father-of-eight accuses his estranged wife of not making an effort to try to save their marriage when she refused to go to counseling. On the other hand, Jon says he is glad to finally be himself again and feels things can only get better with his new love, Hailey Glassman.

The King Brothers, Alex King and Derek King, who were convicted as adults for the brutal murder of their father, Terry King, with a baseball bat during his sleep then setting their home on fire in an effort to conceal their crime at the tender age of 12 and 13 years old, have been released from jail after nearly a decade.

Alex King was released on Wednesday morning, April 9, 2008 at 9:45 a.m. after serving six years for his part in his father’s death, while Derek King was released in March, 2009 after serving seven years for his part in his father’s death. Alex and Derek finally spoke for the first time to Matt Lauer on The Today Show about their life before and after prison.

The brothers defused to talk about the motive of the murder, which is still unclear, and their neighbor, convicted sex offender Ricky Chavis’ involvement in the crime. Ricky was convicted of being an accessory after the fact.

UPDATE: Obama School Speech Video

President Barack Obama has decided to address the students who are getting ready for another tough year at school on their first day back after summer vacations on Tuesday (September 8).

Despite the speech being described as non-political and as a simple inspirational message for the youngsters to finish their education, Obama’s decision stirred controversy.

Dan Pfeiffer, White House deputy communications director, said: “As people can see from the text, this is a completely non-political speech that is in line with the tradition of presidents of both parties speaking directly to students about the importance of taking responsibility for their education.”

Former Presidents like Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush also prepared speeches with a similar message during fall visits to schools.
